I made an appointment for them to come to do maintenance on a gas fireplace at my property. I live more than an hour away from the house where the service was need it. I called them the same morning to make sure they would be at the house not later than 1 pm as we had arranged. When I called back because they hadn’t shown up the lady just said “oh yeah I had you on the wrong day. Would you like to reschedule “... so I could have waited until 10 pm as far as she was concerned because not only they made a mistake they didn’t have the courtesy to call back to let me know . Horrible customer

Stopped by for advice, very helpful, found an electric heater that I love especially that it can be recessed in the wall in my bedroom. Looking at two options and plan to purchase soon. Unfortunately they promised to send me a listing via email I’m still waiting

The Mooresville head office and people who run that location are great! However the people who run the Denver office are terrible, If it were not for the Denver office I would highly recommend this company. But sadly because of how terribly poor the service was from them I would tell you to find somewhere else it is not worth the headache.
