Instead of paying $250 a month bunch up your money and throw it in the trash! Unprofessional and rude. When I asked questions they didn’t have answers. We fired these guys due to poor quality of work. Our pool constantly looked dirty, pool snake stoped working as well as our pool fountain. They couldn’t answer as to why - (isn’t that their job) to figure out pool maintenance. One thing after another - they suggested we replace pool snake and we did still not working then they suggested we clean the filter because it would clear up pressure they could do it for an additional 180$ Guess what

If you're looking for a reputable pool company, avoid Aqua King Pool & Spa like the plague.
They just got us for $560 for replacing a booster pump which they installed back in October, nine months ago for $635, and was supposed to be under warranty; and their technician was rude to our family. They also took the failed pump with them, I assume to try to factory-return it so that they have a new pump to sell.
I contacted them via email, requesting that the under-warranty pump be returned two days ago, and still have received no response.

I called in for a home warranty sponsored repair and Thomas alerted me that many warranty companies were denying claims due to the freeze. He had me check with the warranty company before he came out. He was right. They denied the claim and Thomas' advice saved me the $75 service call. I really appreciate his honesty and follow through. Beware of this unprofessional company. Numerous complaints within my neighborhood and reported to home warranty company. They take their time completing work and somehow everytime they leave something else mysteriously breaks that you need to pay extra to repair. Do not trust this company find someone else to repair your pool equipment.

I'm glad some of you had a good experience with Aqua King, as mine was terrible, plus the business that recommended them has been getting bad feedback also. Our estimate was accepted June 5 and some work began shortly there after with quick payment in full, but I informed Thomas some of the work was incomplete plus a larger leak had occurred in an area that was supposed to have been repaired and those leaks needed to be finished, plus I wanted some additional estimates for work.

Aqua king was sent out by my home warranty company as a second inspection. Since then, I've solely used Thomas and his team. He is straight forward (good, bad, or ugly) so that you, the consumer, can make the best choice. I plan on calling him out for any potential future issues as well. GREAT experiences!

Aqua King was sent to us by a home warranty company. We paid the $100 service fee up front. The warranty company denied our claim because the specific part wasn't covered in our contract (fair enough). I tried for a couple of weeks to get Thomas to call me back and let me know how much repairing the valve would cost--several texts and voicemails, but got no response. When he finally called me back he gave me a runaround about how it wasn't a covered item--I said fine, I still wanted to get it repaired so he threw out a quote that was almost TWICE what a plumber had quoted me when

Aqua king was sent out by my home warranty company after we opened our claim on December 24th. Here we are February 20th and I still don't have repaired pool pump. Twice they set up appointments and never called or showed up. Today I emailed them letting him know I needed to get the work completed by this Friday (Good lord it's been since December 24) and Thomas responded with "We will require payment in advance. I called Aqua King to take a look at a leaky pump motor. Thomas came out and inspected the motor and gave me a great and reasonable quote for the repairs. I was afraid they would tell me the 15 year old motor would need to be replaced, but nope just needed some tlc and would be good to go. I was very impressed with Thomas' work and will definitely use them again!
