We used this company to service a warranty on our pentair equipment and were really happy with how prompt and helpful they were with that. We liked them so much we really wanted to take them on as our regular pool service for weekly cleanings BUT they are much more expensive than most companies, a good $70+ more per month. Our current pool company does a good job so we'll be staying with them for now but we will continue to use this company as needed for repairs and warranty on our equipment.

I have used American Spa and pool since 2015 and had good experience with them and wrote them a 5 star review on yelp as well. I had to revise my review to remove 4 stars due to a very unpleasant experience. My pool lost prime (while everything else is working properly including my pool pump) and I called A.S.A.P as usual and they came out and said my check valve is bad and is the cause of my problem, they replaced the check valve but the next day, it lost prime again. I called them back and they came out and said some part within my pump needs replacing and it will cost around $300, I approved

I feel compelled to write a review after the very professional warranty service that was performed by Cullen Goike. Not only did he fix the problem, he took time to ensure the cables/wires we nearly ran and spent time educating me on how to properly maintain the pool equipment. I had a warranty claim for my pool sweep and the manufacture is partnered with A.S.A.P. To perform repairs. Cullen was here, diagnosed the issue immediately and got everything working as expected.

I've used American Spa and Pool to service my pool for a few years now. They are VASTLY superior to the prior service I had. Their weekly reports are electronic and useful. The techs are there on schedule, without fail; and do a good job. They've been very helpful in pointing out areas to keep an eye on and those that should be addressed. They even alerted me to a propane leak. Excellent service at a fair price.

So this company no showed me twice and left me hanging when they said they would take care of me. They are understaffed and do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. Not sure how they got such a high rating, but I did have a very bad experience in dealing with them. Thomas failed me again.

I had to move and used this company while my house was vacant and I was selling it. Very reasonable weekly cleaning including chemicals and they sent pictures each week after they cleaned the pool. I could tell that something was wrong with my pump by the way it sounded. Thomas came out and quickly determined that the impeller was clogged--an easy fix and not something more serious (and expensive!) He checked out a few other things that weren't working properly, and spent some time talking with my husband to explain the details on the phone before he left. That was the most productive and informative hour we've ever had with a pool repair service! Great service and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend contacting Thomas if you're in need of pool services. We recently purchased a new home and needed the pool cleaned and a few repairs done to get it running after months of no maintenance. Thomas answered when I called, promptly scheduled an appointment for the same week, and showed up on time to help us out. For reasons I didn't understand initially, our pool water turned dark green. Dark. Green. Nothing I bought and dumped in so much as made is less dark green. I had a pump motor go out on our pool last month. I was convinced the motor would need to be replaced and was trying to source it and the other parts needed to swap. Decided I didnt have the time for it and did a Yelp search and came across Thomas and American Spa and Pool. After seeing all of the glowing reviews I called. We discussed for a few minutes what was going on and said he would be out later that week [we were in no hurry]. He called me once the repair was done to say it was a capacitor and he was able to replace it. He could have just gone for the pump and was expecting a healthy charge
