OMG! My movers were great! My husband and I move quite a bit, and we have used Well done moving 2 or 3 times. This time our move was from Fresno to SanDiego, and this company and its movers were the best! Denzel, Fernando , Davonte , and James , are the best team of movers you can have. They worked as an in sync team, and took special care in handling my items. The communication from beginning to end was impeccable! They were even able to get my extremely heavy bar out of my house with no scratches to the new hardwood floors, and no scratches on the bar! (Did I mention how big and heavy the bar

First time using a moving company and I'll probably use one from now on. It can be pricy but the crew work with you to get the job done within your means. The only gripe and reason I did not put five stars, was the lack of professionalism from the men. The three of them were loudly talking several times about dating women. Sort of locker room talk has a time and place, not while moving a single mom and her teenage son. They did not get lewd or use foul language, or else I would have mentioned something in person. But it did make me a little bit uncomfortable. I will still recommend Well Done Moving

Our movers were very helpful and went above and beyond. Very hard working and professional throughout the move. Like with any move, unexpected challenges came up and they were more than willing to adjust to help accommodate us. Our movers Fernando, Denzel, Anthony, and James were awesome and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful! Even though the move took the entire day, it went by much faster because of their hard work, enthusiasm, and great energy! My wife and I would recommend this crew to anyone wanting a less stressful and positive moving experience!

Can't give 0 stars. They destroyed my grandma's furniture, and stole money from her bank account. They broke her fridge, several decorations, and tables. They put tape on her TV screen. TAPE ON A TV. When confronted about all the problems these "qualified" movers did, they stopped responding and blocked her number for all damages done. And they took money out of her account without authorization after all their damages after they got paid before their services. Do not ever hire services from them. Irresponsible, unprofessional, money takers.

My entire experience with Well Done Moving exceeded my expectations. Lindsey and Stephanie were great from the very beginning of the process. It was easy to get a quote and it was clear to see that they were on my side from the very beginning and wanted to do a stellar job. They were gracious and understanding, even when I had to reschedule because our house did not close on time. All they said was "we got you, this isn't our first rodeo".

We couldn’t be more happier with the service provided by WDM. We chose to pack and move about half of our things ourselves prior to our big moving day, leaving just the larger items in our house and a few boxes. The team of 3 moved quickly to fill the truck and just as quick to unload. We made the decision to hire movers after recently helping another friend move and it was the best decision we made. 10/10 would recommend.

I used Well Done Moving this past Saturday to move only a few miles within town. The 3 guys they sent were magnificent! They loaded everything up efficiently, carefully and with the best positive attitudes. All three of the guys had a smile on their faces the whole time, were polite and confirmed with me about everything! Well Done Moving helped us move into our current apartment. The guys were very professional, no damages and did the job well.
Anthony, Carlos, James were really good. The intern who was training needs some more instruction and missed out on packing well, mislabeling etc.
Couple of concerns with scheduling- when booking the appointment, three weeks prior to moving day, I clearly described the requirements since we needed help with packing as well as moving and requested a walk through. I was told it wasn't needed.

I am so thankful for the guys from Well Done Moving. They made a very stressful situation, stress free. If you are anywhere near the fence, take this as your sign to hire WDM. You won't regret it. I advised WDM that I had large, heavy furniture upstairs and paid for a day of packing just to make sure that the team could get everything loaded onto the truck. Lindsey also assured that they would be able to take the doors off my new GE frig to get it into the house. Monday (packing day) team arrives and within 15 minutes 1 member asks where the nearest donut shop is so he could go get the gang donuts. We couldn't have had a better moving experience. We are long past the age of paying friends with pizza and beer. Let me tell you, every penny spent with WDM is BEYOND worth it. From the moment we booked to complete move AND bed set up, the ENTIRE process was seem less.
WDM pays attention to detail, supplying the right amount of labor and equipment as well as a gentle white glove service. I have moved many times and this is the first time NOTHING was broken.
Some unique things- they were able to take apart IKEA furniture AND put it back together. In addition they moved VERY heavy gun safe

A few weeks ago I accepted a new job in northern california so I needed to pack up and move in out of my house in about a week. I requested a quote and Lindsey responded within about 4 hours. My plans were a little ambitious and I determined I needed another day before the movers came, and I was accommodated. The movers arrived on time and did a really great job - The took care to wrap and pack up fragile items and worked efficiently. The items were delivered and unpacked the next day at the time I requested. Austin and Josh were kind and respectful. Highly recommend.

I had a move with this company just last weekend and I was very upset and disappointed to say the least. I don't understand why they have such good reviews. Lindsey was very responsive the entire time leading up to booking the move with them until I called to complain. No answer and no call back. I left a voicemail. Arrival window time was from 9-10am.

When making a decision to move I looked through the yelp reviews. There wasn't much to choose from as far as moving companies with great reviews. There is another one I initially choose that took too long to quote and was too expensive so I reached out to Well Done.
Moving sucks but it was so refreshing to work with this company. Lindsey in sales was always quick to respond and to give me an estimate. They followed up to confirm the move. Don't use this company I highly recommend you use someone else they are liars from admin to owner to leaders. I rescheduled my moving 3 times, because my carpet was not in, the day the day movers showed up 3 hours late I was fine with that but they damage my refrigerator "stainless steel" on my granite countertop.
