I called Andersen Appliance Repair because of their 5 star ratings. I left a rather long msg on their vm and Debbie returned my call within the hour. She explained to me that, due to the holidays and COVID-19, part shipments had been delayed and that they were running behind and would not be able to come out right away. I was very pleased to hear back so quickly and even more pleased with the fact that she had the names and phone numbers of several other appliance repair companies in the area for me. She was very pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I can see why they get 5 stars from

Ross was very easy to schedule in, on time and ready to work. Most of all, he is very calm and gives it to you straight. Didn't charge for taking a look at our refrigerator and told us right away it wasn't worth putting money into. In, out, done. Great guy

I am pretty handy and found a retro fit that was needed on my Whirlpool freezer to prevent water from overflowing onto floor. I did the upgrade however, the problem was still present and I figured I needed an professional. Called Ross and told him the story, he came right out and did not try to milk time by going through all I had already done. He took me at my word that I thought the freezer drain was still plugged, went in and corrected the problem. Ross is honest and fairly priced and does not try to pull anything more out of you by inventing things that are not necessary.

I have used Ross for several repairs. He is a Great person and reasonable. He was always here when he said he would be and is very technical on appliances. If your looking for a repair person he is the one to call. I will always use him for service and make sure I tell others of his outstanding performance.

Very happy with Ross - he was calm and methodical. His diagnosis was basically that it would be a very expensive repair, and suggested the money might be better spent on a new unit, and then had the audacity to not charge me anything because he didn't actually fix anything...how honest can you get? I was thrilled!
