I was completely satisfied with all the work performed, and I plan to have additional work done by Andy OnCall in the near future. Wyman did a fantastic job of the repairs he made and I plan to request him again soon for additional projects. I also found the individuals in the office to be extremely helpful in scheduling and rescheduling my projects. Joe was amazing! We had several wood rot items to be fixed including reframing a window. He also de-installed a security system and patched the walls so it looks brand new. He also installed a new gutter. He was prompt, thorough, friendly, gave us alternatives to choose from. All around wonderful experience.

Requested someone come to quote us on our handyman projects. Someone arrived promptly as scheduled. He made the necessary notes and promised us a written quote. I called two days later to follow up. A week later, I still have no quote or response. And therefore the projects are still undone. If it couldn't be done, or they didn't want to do it, I wouldn't have held it against them if they'd just advised me of that. Very unprofessional.

Very messy.. Did not use any kind of protection on flooring
I had to pick up some
Of the material and was not reimbursed( J channel for vinyl siding around sliding patio door approx $18)
Contractor had no assistant and I helped move heavy items
Contractor also “forgot” about a transition on flooring between carpet and engineered wood flooring and was trying to convince me to do this portion myself as he was out of time
Sheetrock was not “ready for paint”…..all kinds of small holes. Will finish this at a later date when I have time

I have been using Andy on call for many things that have needed to be renovated in my townhome. Chris always does an amazing job from light fixtures to water heaters. They always give a beyond fair price and the office staff is so friendly and responsive. They are definitely my go to repair people and I am more then happy to refer them to family and friends.

What a great experience. From the conversation with a "live" person who understood exactly what was needed to the execution of the work by a top notch craftsperson. Chris moved a fan from our family room to a bedroom (needed a junction box for this). Chris also installed 3 light fixtures including a slightly heavier one on a higher ceiling. He installed a bathroom vanity light that also needed a junction box and helped us hang a mirror over the fireplace and installed a new front door sweep as well as replaced a couple of outdoor motion lights. Chris also reset a toilet after new flooring was installed

I had a terrible experience. They didn’t get all the work done, rushed through what they did do, and left a huge mess behind for me to clean up after their work. Also, pricing was not fair.
He even tried leaving and saying he was done before he even installed the new light fixture in the old one’s place. Thankfully I stopped him and made him finish. Regardless, I should not have to clean up the old parts of a toilet that were left sitting on the bath counter, or haul off the ceiling fan he took down, or clean up all the dust and debris from changing an exhaust fan.
