I hired Brian with RPR services to come do some work at my home. He showed up late and the work took longer than expected. I will NEVER use him again as he never completed the job, although he was paid OVER the amount he initially quoted me for a job not completed. He added in all other costs at the end that he didn't tell me about initially. He told me he would return to finish the haul away and never did. I tried calling many times afterwards and His phone blocked all calls and I had to pay someone else to finish the job. On top of it all, it wasn't work of quality. Never again...be aware.

RPR helped us bring a backyard lighting project to life after many failed attempts for us to do the work ourselves. We had a change in design and the team was committed to getting it right. The RPR team was professional, accommodating, and friendly. Once it finally quits raining in Atlanta, we’re looking forward to spending some time back there.

I'm amazed by the good ratings--I would never use this business. I called and asked for an estimate on a project. Mark said he would look at it on Friday. On Saturday I called, he said he had looked at it and would send me an estimate on Sunday. Ten days later I have not received it. Twice I asked him if he had my phone number, and he said "yes." The only thing I dislike more in a company than not meeting commitments is not communicating when they cannot do so.

Will definitely call on this company again. They were able to schedule my repair for the day after I called them. Arrived exactly at the scheduled time. The work was professional. I was very pleased. And the price was great! Very friendly and easy to work with. I have already referred other people to them for future needs.

I recently came home to find that the waterline to my washer machine split. Most of the water damage was contained but walls in the laundry room were flooded.
I picked RPR because out of all of the people that came to give estaments, Mark was the most knowledgeable.
When RPR was done, it looked like nothing had ever happened. Even the paint matched.
I also had them install water sensors to turn the water off incase something like that happens again.
I highly recommend RPR and will definitely be using there services again.

It was a great experience working with RPR Services, I highly recommend this company. They removed the outdated flooring upstairs in my home and installed new hardwood flooring. The service, the price, and the result was exceptional and their craftsmanship and cleanliness was wonderful. They listened to our needs and put a lot of care and effort into the project.
