Jeff did a super job tackling some projects around my house! Very professional and kind man. Jeff replaced an old and noisy bathroom exhaust fan, fixed a leak under my kitchen sink, repaired a diverter valve in bathroom shower and fixed the door hinge on my French door so it would close and lock properly. He was flexible when I asked about adding one more item to my list and took care of it while he was here. Jeff's prices are reasonable and I would definitely use his services again!!

Jeff was absolutely wonderful. We told him that we were trying to put our house up for sale and in a bit of a time crunch. He was able to fit us in the next day to come over talk about what we wanted done, he said we could expect a quote in about 4 days. Jeff actually got the quote back to us the next day, and the quote was the price range we were hoping for. We hired Jeff to repair rotting fascia and a small section of rotting roof. Jeff gave a very good estimate of the job and the time frame needed to complete the repairs. of course, with wood rot the job can become more complex once pieces are pulled away and Jeff was very upfront that if anything appears to be more complex and the initial quote will change he would consult with us before doing anything. This was the case, but from his photos of the job and analysis we felt confident in his analysis and were comfortable with the very slight addition to the quote. Jeff completed the job as scheduled

Jeff did an excellent job salvaging our French door project, which had been botched by an earlier contractor. He took roughly finished drywall and smoothed it to a perfect match with the quality of the rest of our home. He installed and/or rearranged some door and ceiling moulding, patched door damage, and trimmed the doors to a perfect function and fit. His finish painting was precise and clean. We hired Jeff to repair a damaged kitchen cabinet that had been cut through by plumbers when repairing a broken pipe under our slab.
The cupboard is good as new! We also had Jeff replace some baseboards and toe kick boards in the kitchen. He also installed two storm doors for us. Everything was meticulously done. I highly recommend Jeff for any job. He is neat, punctual and as I mentioned meticulous in his work.

Jeff took up carpet in a large bedroom and installed oak flooring for me. He returned and removed laminate flooring and replaced it with an oak floor in an adjoining hallway. He also repaired a tree damaged deck for me. He communicates throughout the process, is prompt and genial and he's incredibly meticulous. The space is cleaned and spotless when he's done and his price for each job seemed very fair. I just can't say enough good things about him.

Jeff is fantastic! I would recommend him 10 times over! Jeff is punctual, knowledgeable, detail oriented and friendly. I hired him for several jobs, including major soffit repair and installation of a bathroom vent through my roof. He is communicative and prompt with replies to inquiries. Such a breath of fresh air. I’ve struggled to find a handyman who is punctual, detail oriented and willing to schedule work more than 12 hours in advance. Jeff sent me a detailed estimate to start, scheduled his time about 3 weeks out, and then did everything on the list in a very efficient and timely manner.
