The code the manufacturer gave me for the water heater said it's still under warranty. I appreciated Christy helping me on this and thinking outside the box. Things r usually ovetpriced here and there's also a restocking fee for some big ticket items and other purchaes. Lots of low quality home building necessities at high prices. Returns r a hassel, a slow process. If you're in the business of remodeling other peoples homes , then, well, i guess it won't matter what u by here, because ur putting it in someone elses home and whatever breaks a year or two later won't matter to u. I personaly would not remodel my home with the low quality home improvement stuff they sell here; it really depends what ur buying. I've bought many things here over a 15 year

2nd time we visited and nobody greeted or offered for assistance for help, but the mask police stalked customers and harassed. The items displayed seemed like they were from overstock or second hand stock. A vested woman with a radio questioned me on not wearing a mask, which was lost in the store. Rather than offer me another mask, she began to threaten and harass even though I stayed polite. She rolled her eyes and her body language was so offensive as was her male Mgr. We will never patron this store again. Beware!!! Do not shop here, these people are rude ignorant insensitive employees. This

Came in to buy all new kitchen cabinets and both times the customer service was terrible. Come to find out the one that didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there and made it feel like it was a drag to help us was the manager Randy. They also didn’t have all the cabinets we needed so we decided to come to the one in Santa Ana better since they did have them in stock. I’d rather drive 40 mins to the Santa Ana store they were friendlier and got all the cabinets we needed immediately without us asking they helped us put them in our vehicle. Meanwhile in this Pomona store we had to ask 4 people

Friendly staff. I called in with questions regarding vinyl and they assisted me without rushing me off the phone. When I visited the store, one of the staff members in fencing notice I was unsure about one of their products and approached me to see if I needed help. The rep was very knowledgeable about the products and even made a few suggestions that save me money. Store is very clean and presentable, staff are all wearing masks.

I just discovered this store!!! I've been goin to Home Depot A LOT during this pandemic... I WISH I KNEW ABOUT THIS STORE SOONER! People that work here are super helpful, returning items is super easy... It's HUGE! And they always have what I am looking for, except spray paint! Other than that, great variety!!!

There is plenty of parking at this mini Home Depot. Place is pretty much the same and things are cheaper than Home Depot which is why I came.
We came in to purchase windows for our house and a sliding patio door. It took some time to flag someone for help. The first 30 minutes even though a few workers saw us looking around for things one one approached us. I few even looked away why we turned to try to get their attention. I guess you always get a few bad apples everywhere you go.
Finally we flagged someone and told him we needed help getting some windows. Some windows were to be special order

This location is great. Everyone is super helpful. Prices are affordable and they are very accommodating with deliveries. Alija was really kind and a pleasure to transact business with. So is everyone else. Thanks again, ill be back shortly to wrap up this construction.
Update: Came back for ideas on my homes renovation and asked for assistance from the floor staff but no one would help. Frank blew us off to a isle so far away he didn't want to walk to and we couldn't find what we were looking for. Found another member who said she would call someone for help. Left and never came

Excellent customer service. I had not 1, not 2 but 3 employees take notice of me shopping and helped me within their capacities of their knowledge in product & application. Each of the members I came a cross all had a hospitable attitude. During this visit, i looked at countertops, bathroom vents & vanities, cabinetry and doors. I am very impressed with the great quality and reasonable pricing of everything. The location is a little smaller than the other I've previously been to but either way unlike the other reviews on here the customer service I received exceeded my expectations

To be honest it was my first time walking into this store. I was greeted by a gentleman behind the service desk by the name of Paul. By far the best customer service I have received! He gave me the rundown on everything. I needed a window, He explained to me what "Low-E" meant and went through all the details in putting in a window. If any of you decide to shop here please see "Paul." The man knows what he is doing. He literally asks all the right questions. And to management. Please hire more people like him. I will be shopping here more often.

The service staff Rudy and Sandra provide the best help to my sister who needed to purchase the particular tiles. It took her 5 minutes the material she needed and she was checked and out with the speediest service. Furthermore the staff are friendly and courteous. I am giving a 5 star thumps up to these people.

Probably had the experience I've ever had at one of these home improvement stores. Purchased some tiles at the North Hollywood location but they ran out so they told us to come down to the San Fernando location.
Paid $12 per case at the North Hollywood location 15 minutes ago and got to this location and they're telling me the same product costs $30 here. How does that even make sense... It doesn't, that's how.
Spoke with Alma who is the on duty manager currently who is probably the most useless manager I've ever dealt with. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Doesn&apos
