First off, the young lady that handle the calls for the Southbay/Long Beach office is rude & exemplify bad customer service. Tried to call and get a quote but she kept cutting me off. Guess she had to get back to her Instagram or Tic Toc social networking. So sad. Secondly, I sent over the information they required to get an estimate and STILL haven't heard from them. I don't recommend!

Sam came within an hour of when we called for a free estimate. He was so professional and deligent and didn't try to oversell (we had a few windows that had fogged up and needed replacing, and he told us when some windows were OK and didn't need immediate replacing). He delivered on time and the installation team was so efficient. His pricing was very reasonable as well. We highly recommend Versa Glass thank you for making this a great experience!

Great company. Ryan in the office was really easy to talk to and flexible with scheduling. Sam called 30 mins prior to arrival for our appointment and was also kind and efficient. They gave us an estimate right then for an extremely fair price. We won't even get another bid, we will use Versa Glass for sure... and for any glass needs in the future.

Sam came out and gave me a quote for 9 window replacements for my little home built in 1949. I was nervous, but they were excellent. They were very reasonable, quick, and installed the windows in one day with no problems.

It all started when our garden window broke. We contacted Versa Glass, and spoke with Sam. He gave us options to repair the window, because we weren't planning on a whole new installation. Sam's customer service and competitive pricing is what convinced us to upgrade our old single-pane windows. So happy we upgraded. We don't have AC, but these windows have helped reduce the heat and outside noise. The new garden window has made such a difference to our home. It's beautiful to look at, and our cats enjoy hanging out there. I've been recommending this company to family

Very happy customer! My husband and I have been dreading the summer heat because we had single-pane windows with aluminum frames. After several quotes from different glass/ window companies, we went with Versa Glass. They were right when they told us that no one can beat their price and expertise. We upgraded three bedrooms to double-pane windows with vinyl frames. It made a huge impact with heat and noise reduction. I needed glass installation in our office. After some online research I called versaglass. The technician was professional, gave me a good price and came out the same day. The price was under my budget and they had it installed within 2 days. I recently called them for another glass install and the second time was just as easy as my first experience. They took measurements and the glass was installed within a couple days again. Totally recommend this company, will call them again.

I needed to replace the glass in my picture window. Versa Glass came out to give me an estimate and they were willing to beat the earlier estimate I had received from Tri City Glass the day before. They ordered the glass on Friday and it was installed the following Monday. The technician was on time and very professional. It only took him about an hour to install this huge 6' x 5' glass. I will be calling them in the near future to replace all my windows.
