Brown or black water - add 20 lbs alkalinity, liquid shock - gunite - 10-15 gal and vinyl - 5 gal. Green - add PH, chlorine, backwash, shock and leaf rake (the leaves and debris on the bottom will eat up your chemicals). Blue cloudy - add Hydroquest, clarifier and shock treatment. Emerald - not slimy - copper in the water, add metal out.

I have used there services for two year due to my neighbor recommendation.. Last year when they closed my pool they did not turned off power I heard noises in my yard and coming from pool pump .. I turned the power off and called them to come and check out the pump this happened in April 2020 .. I must of called her 10 times or more she was keep telling me they are very busy and will be over for service in a day or two ! Finally I figured she is not going to send over anyone to fix and open my pool I called another company it was already last week if June when I had a different pool service come

Just an update for the start of the 2019 season. As usual they have been more than accommodating in getting our pool pump up and running with no delay in the past week. Jen is always responsive and quick to send service for any issue we have. We are still more than satisfied and expect another great season!
