Called to get septic tank pumped and they came out the same day to do the job. Chris and his partner did an excellent job! Chris was very professional and informative. Although I was not expecting the extra $250 charge for excessive build up which will be charged if solid buildup is more than 6 inches. COME ON NOW!!! SIX inches!!!!
Company should just be upfront with that information when giving a quote. Probably should just go ahead and add it in the quote because I doubt anyone is going get a tank pumped if it doesn't really need it. Maybe 24 inches but not SIX lets be serious! Could have been

When Jacob and J.R. arrived they were very friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained what they were about to do and the checks that they were going to make on the system. Once they had my septic tank opened, they explain to me what happened to the system and some fixes I can implement in the future to reduce the chances of future issues.
They gave me the upfront cost of everything that needed to be done. But, they also gave me less expensive options.
They worked quickly and within a couple of hours everything was completed. No damage to the yard other than digging to open up the septic

I had a backup in two bathrooms. Called Sergants Septic and within 12 hours, all the locates were complete and they were on site at the time they said they would be on site. Septic hadn’t been pumped in at lease 14 years but more likely it’s been 25+ years. They dug up and walked me through a few recommendations. First was to pump, it was way past due. This company is amazing 🤩 and Chris Turner was so helpful and nice, he even advised my fiancé on our tankless water heater! We just bought an older home that has a septic tank and we never had one before so I figured I’d call and get it looked at! I’m so glad I did. It was awful! This company was wonderful! Chris was friendly, and super knowledgeable. We had a very unexpected issue with our septic backing up- when I called to get it pumped, I was in a panic, but the gentleman I talked to was very nice and got me scheduled asap. They made sure our yard looked great before they left. Would recommend them to anyone!

They showed up early, didnt have to drive onto the property at all, and had plenty of hose to reach my tank. They cleaned up well as you can see from the pictures. I was charged more due to having excessive sludge build up but that was expected based on the extra labor that is required for the disposal. Overall it was a very quick, professional and stress free process.

Sergeant Rooter and Septic keeps good communication with the customer. They called me to ask for change of the original date of service. They called me one day before they come. They called me again one hour before they arrived. Jacob and JR greeted me friendly, asking me how much I know about the septic tank. When I answered I know very little, Jacob explained the structure, principles of functioning, roles of anaerobic bacteria, and maintenance. I am happy to have gained the knowledge. Sergeant Rooter and Septic was able to come out the same day we called. Jacob and his crew (Todd and Kale) were very professional and diligently worked to uncover and remove the septic tank lids from both ends of the tank. They removed all the contents from the tank and installed a new Baffle Tee Replacement and a new cover with a riser so that the tank will not need to be dug up when next we need to have it drained. The whole process was was accomplished quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Sergeant Rooter and Septic for anyone needing this kind of service.
