After years of my septic overflowing every three months this company said I was waiting my money cleaning it out. They dug up the area and found that tree roots had crushed the lines not far from the tank. They fixed that and it has been some years since I have had a problem now. If I had called them first I would not have had to spend over 3k in the three years before that getting the septic pumped. That is professional service!

Thank heaven for this company! I have saved them in my favorites and they are officially my septic tank go to crew. They are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. Mr. Tindall knows exactly what he is doing and even knew what type of tank I had before he even dug the first bit of dirt. I had my tank cleaned 5 years ago and it was not done properly. Mr. Tindall took me out there and showed me what had been done incorrectly. Mr. Tindall explained to me clearly and concisely what needed to be done this time to correct my problem.. I appreciate the fact he does not normally work in my area,

I used Tindall based on a couple recommendations and am sad to report that is was NOT a good experience. Not only was I charged $275 MORE than what I was quoted, they cut my power lines and Wayne said, "They were in the way." So not only was I charged an EXTRA $275 for the service I now have to pay an electrician to get my power back on. After speaking to the owner, EXPECTING to be able to work something out, he accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY and offered no compensation for the extra damage. He did say when I told him how much the electrician was, "That's too much. You paid too much." To which I replied
