The service and selection of tiles is outstanding! Lydia was our consultant, and she did a fantastic job of not rushing us and then selecting a number of tiles based on our initial description of what we were looking for. She even brought out countertop samples to help us visualize along with the paint color samples we had. Once we brought the tiles home, we realized they were not what we thought we wanted for our kitchen. So we went back, and and after reviewing why the first set of tiles didn't work for us, were able to find additional tiles to bring home. And one tile became the perfect one

Great experience - soon as I walked in someone greeted me and help picked the items I needed for my project. Would recommend going here to all my friends and family. The only downside of my experience is I had to come back and pick grout and edging neither my contractor nor the sales team stated that was something I needed to also pick.

We had our own ideas for re-doing a bathroom, but several potential contractors recommended Conestoga Tile. On our first trip, we were overwhelmed with all the possibilities but came away with a good - but tentative - plan with Linda's guidance. Once we chose our contractor, we went back with some questions and second thoughts. Gabby very patiently got us focused on the various choices - one aspect at a time. We were immediately welcomed and informed on how to begin our search for tile. We went about store and a little while a store design person introduce herself and asked if we had any questions or seek her out when we did. We were able to narrow down the vast options to exactly what we wanted in our kitchen with the aid of the store designer. My apologies for not remember the name of the designer.

Many of the tiles displayed in the Conestoga showroom were discontinued or not in stock. I had to wait many weeks before they arrived. Furthermore, the tile I selected arrived with a irregularities in the tile...some were beveled, some were not, and some weren't cut correctly. A different tile had to be selected, adding to the renovation time. If given the choice, I would purchase tile elsewhere.

Went to CT looking for tiles to renovate three bathrooms. I was warmly greeted by Shelly, the showroom manager. She was not overbearing and allowed me to browse the showroom to get an idea of their tile selection. It's a great selection by the way! Unfortunately, I had champagne taste but was on a beer budget to remodel all three bathrooms. I was honest with Shelly. Assuming I was out of range for my bathroom budget, I prepared to leave and look for other tiling options. To my surprise, Shelly went right to work bringing me several options that matched my style, and most importantly my budget

Finally!! A tile showroom that is laid out where I can see all selections easier. I've been so overwhelmed with aisles and aisles of tiles and was unable to make any kind of decision at other places. Shelly was SO helpful but low key and let my husband and I do things at our own pace. We've been all over Frederick, Mount Airy, Severna Park in our tile search. I highly recommend you add this place on your tile shopping quest.
