We had a great experience with Texas Plumbing. They came out to our home within 10 minutes of calling them, yes we live close to their business. They immediately identified the need for a new panel for our water heater. Told us that part may take two to three days. They called the next day, part had come in and they installed the next morning. Great service, great communication, we now have a go to plumbing service. Highly recommend.

These folks are awesome. Came out and fixed my leak in the yard while I was at the hospital for my wife's surgery. Nice to get home and have running water again.

We used this company to fix our bathroom faucet. I had to take 3 days off of work to meet them as they did not have right supplies to fix - I can certainly understand that one time, but 3? I was so frustrated. Now they won't come back to fix the problem they never fixed right to begin with. Stay away is my opinion.

I work for a dentist in Richardson and we needed a plumber to come and run a water line in one of our rooms. I called a couple of companies but either they were not very helpful or they were too expensive. My 3rd call was to Texas Plumbing where I talked with Joyce, the nicest most helpful person I could hope for. She immediately gave me some very reasonable quotes and had Paul come to our office the very next day. Paul was very nice and experienced and got the job done the same day which was a huge plus for us. The pricing was VERY reasonable and a job well done. We totally recommend Texas Plumbing

I've used Texas Plumbing on several occasions, most recently last October, 2015, and they have always done a good job. They have fixed dripping hose bibs, snaked out the main line, and replaced washer hose bibs.They recommended against something I wanted done as it would not have been cost-effective.

My go to guys on all my plumbing issues. Billy & Paul have worked on a few issues and they are very good at what they do. They do great work and the prices aren't exorbitant.

This company installed a new gas line in my back yard in Nov 2009. It cost 3291.00 and passed inspection. Now in Dec 2014 the gas company has found a leak in same line. Texas Plumbing says it passed inspection when put in and now1 yr warranty is up. No discounts of any kind were offered to dig up line and possibly put a new line in. Nothing happened in the grassy yard above the line in 5 yrs. However I was made aware that "they stopped using the materials that they put in my yard due to too many problems." I have been doing business with Texas Plumbing and Jerry Brown for several years and was really surprised at the response to their total lack of competence on this call. I work from home so I was able to "shadow" the repairman for the most part. This was a simple call and I had the same exact thing done two years earlier.....unclog the AC drain line and replace two faucet cartridges......it was completed in less than 1 hour.
