They are very courteous, prompt in service, knowledgeable and helpful. They are not just about the money, they care about their customers. They make sure that you are well informed about your problem and any offers they may have to help in payment. I really satisfied with this company and HIGHLY recommend them.

The valves going to my washer were frozen open so I had no way to turn off the water so I could get a new machine. I called 2 other plumbers who quoted me hundreds of dollars and said they'd have to tear open my wall and replace the whole box. As a last ditch effort I called Total Plumbing and they guy told me all I needed was the valves unscrewed and new ones screwed back on. He came out and did that for next to nothing plus showed me how to do it myself net time so I can save that much more money. I will never call anyone other than Total Plumbing when I need work done in the future.
