Emanuel and his crew did an AMAZING job on our 1940 hardwood floors. They turned out absolutely beautiful! He helped with picking out stain color and was extremely knowledgeable. And he kept us up to date on every development and all progress. His crew was pleasant and very respectful of our home. Couldn't be better and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

If you want professionalism and craftsmanship than you must go with Emmanuel at EMC flooring. Emmanuel is extremely responsive with estimates, questions, and any concerns you may have which I appreciated greatly. Throughout my project they showed up on time, kept the area clean, and always cleaned before leaving. I think they did such a great job on my flooring and have recommended them to a few of my friends. I appreciated everything Emmanuel and his crew did and would use them again in a heartbeat. Very impressed by this company. The floor refinishing guy we had originally contracted with had to cancel last minute after we had moved almost all the furniture out of our rooms, but we were able to find EMC, who responded immediately. They gave us an estimate, showed up promptly when they said they would, completed the job in one day, and left very little if any dust.Their price was fair and reasonable.

We couldn't be happier with our refinished wood floor! The work included our living room, hall and two bedrooms. Emmanuel and his team worked efficiently to prepare and finish the floor, and they cleaned up neatly afterward. We hired Emmanuel and his crew to finish our basement stairs. When Emmanuel came to take a look at the stairs and give us a quote, he was on time and helped us by giving his professional opinion about what options we had and also how those options fit in with the style of our home. I appreciated that kind of feedback because it was reassuring and kept me from second-guessing our decisions. The quote was reasonable, and he had a great turn around time--he could schedule us a few weeks out and would complete the work in about 2 days. He was true to his word--his crew came out and completed everything

Buyer Beware... Quoted price estimate before coming to look at work. During visit to inspect work, Emanuel shares a very practiced "this is prefinished flooring, so your price to refinish is going way up" speech. Price increases 30%ish. I contact another contractor who ends up lower than the original quote Emanuel provided and he casually mentioned that my flooring was prefinished during visit. The work is now complete, for less than Emc Floors original quote. If they try to bump you like they did me, I recommend speaking with some other contractors. Look up Zudor Flooring, they

We needed to have our floors replaced on our 2nd floor due to major squeaking before our new baby was born. EMC gave prompt quotes, were very friendly and professional, and even found a less-expensive way to lay the flooring to make sure it was squeak-free but more affordable.
My dad owned a lumberyard and building materials company for over 40 years and commented several times on what a great job EMC did on our floors.
