We don't just have customers, we have family. How we run things here, is how we treat our own family. Mom always said, "treat others how you would want to be treated." We treat every job as if we're cleaning grandma's house. If you haven't figured out already, we are a family owned and operated company since 2003.
I'm going to take you through our entire process. It's important to us that you know every step of how we operate when we come to your home. We want nothing left to the imagination. Initial walk through is when we meet you at the front door, introduce ourselves, and have you explain everything that needs to be done.
Clean carpet is an essential part of your everyday health. It's an easy thing to overlook, but don't assume that just because the carpets look clean, that they are. Your carpet is the biggest filter in your home. There's a lot going on deep in the carpet fibers that we can't see. For example, dust mites are crawling, bacteria is growing, and dust allergens are multiplying.
Grout is made up of sand and concrete. Both sand and concrete are very porous and will absorb any liquid or small particles such as dust or grease. Without proper care, grout lines will turn black to do built up liquids that are spilled and dirt particles that are absorbed. With our professional cleaning, we are able to extract all the built up particles that have turned the grout black completely out!
Your sofa can be the center of attention when friends or family come over to visit. Dirty, soiled upholstery is never pleasant and can be quite embarrassing. Don't worry you're not alone. Most of us use our furniture for more than just sitting. Eating, sleeping, or even jumping can be a regular activity people use their furniture for, it's no wonder why they get dirty.

They were easy to work with, kept me informed on when they would arrive allowing me time to secure my pet, were respectful of my house and did a great job cleaning both bedroom carpets and 2 area rugs. I would recommend and use them again.

Been using Vickman Family Floor Care for the last 4.5 years.
I recently had about 1300 sq ft of tile and grout cleaned. The tile looks like new! Family owned, responds immediately, and was on time for the appointment. They've also done a great job on my carpets in the past.

This is my second time using Vickman Family floorcare and I am just as impressed as the first time! I had a couple stains from my dogs and a coffee spell that they got right out. They were very responsive, especially during this time, and I’m glad they were able to come out. I recommend them to anyone who wants their floors to be cleaned!

Todd and Anthony went above and beyond to clean the floors in our house. The previous owners of our house had covered our tile floors in some shiny wax type finish which over the years had begun to wear down and peel making the floors look awful. Unfortunately this made for a very challenging task to remove and they needed to come back a second day with a stronger stripping chemical to get it off our tile floors. After hours of hard work they were able to get all the gunk off our floors and make it look beautiful again. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism

I have used Vickman Family Floor Care on several properties over the last few years. Their quality and customer service are consistent and excellent. I just recently had my shower walls and floor cleaned. It made such a beautiful difference! I also have had my carpets, couches, rugs, and tile floor cleaned in my current home and in several rental homes. They are my first call for stains and maintenance. We used Vickman Family Floor care to clean our carpets when moving out of our rental. They were extremely professional and kind! They were right on time & got everything done very quickly. The floors look amazing and they were even able to make my rug look clean again! We have a dog and a cat so that is no easy feat.
