It was a pleasure to work with Camilo (Laulima Solar LLC). He responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes via yelp, showed up same day to inspect issue with hot water solar leak. Camilo explained my issue in detail, presented me with a few options to get it repaired and thoroughly went over cost, installation, and confirmed date of when he can return to repair issue.

I was very impressed with Laulima Solar this week when one of our solar hot water roof panels started leaking. They were professional, timely, great at communicating the issues we were looking at and in discussing options and were very accommodating of our scheduling needs. Camilo cleaned 42 PV panels, my two big solar hot water panels, flushed my 120 tank and changed the anode for me a couple of months ago. My PV panel output increased 30 % immediately and my 15 year old solar hot water system functions like new. He is a great investment for your systems and the payback took less than two months. From now on , Camilo will be on my roof once a year to keep the moss off my panels in Haiku !

I needed repairs to be done to my water solar panels so I called Laulima solar and other solar companies. Camilo was quick to return my call versus the other solar companies. He returned my call within 20 minutes. The other solar companies didn't call back until 2-3 days later. He came on the same day to evaluate the types of repair that I would need and gave me recommendations on what he thought I should do. He went over and beyond to fix what he had to. He went into my attic to fix an electrical sensor wire that needed repair without charging me for it. The service that he gave us was exceptional

I was bidding out a solar system and Camilo got back to me within 1 hour, after i sent the request at 10 PM on a Friday night.
I agreed to meet with him the following morning.
He arrived on time, with his proposals ready to go.
Within only a few min of greeting and talking story he was able to narrow down what I was looking for and self pruned his presentation.
He was able to clearly answer my questions and was able to show me where I was missing a key piece of information. We were able to go over the numbers, the outline, the timeline, the why this would work and why this would not work,
