I have to replace my roof and with PV the panels need to come down so Scott @ Advanced Roofing Solutions, a great company, recommended
these guys and Charlie got in touch right away and has been a great help in dealing with issues with my system and the take down for the new roof. Charlie also is a guy who if he says he going to do something, he does it, straightforward, honest and smart. Qualities you don't often find in folks today.

My solar hot water heater rooftop panel started leaking on Thursday morning so I called Charlie and Matt at Maui Pacific Solar. Matt came out within an hour to check it out and Charlie made sure the part was under warranty and ordered a new one. Matt and Barron came over to install the new panel today in less than 24 hours since I discovered it leaking. I was very relieved to get it repaired and delighted to have it done so quickly. Bravo to Charlie, Matt and Barron. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Had panels installed in 2013. Energy generation is far lower than they claimed it would be initially. Added more panels, still less than they claimed the first round. Then the monitoring application goes out (BenQ). I now have no way to monitor the PV system. Maui Pacific Solar won't return calls or emails. STAY AWAY
