If the job had been harder than expected, I would have understood having to pay more than I was quoted-but that wasn't the case.

Scammers- do not use this service. I paid near 500$ to have my air ducts cleaned only for it not to be done. Upon calling them I was told the technician would be calling me within minutes to sort things out- which, of course, never happened. Upon trying to call them back their number mysteriously goes straight to voicemail. Yet upon calling from a different number my call immediately went through. A coincidence I’m sure. I also noticed the person I sent my payment to is listed as a reviewer on their website. Isn’t that strange?

This company is horrible! They scheduled carpet cleaning at 4 pm on Wednesday and they called me at 5 pm and said that they cannot come. They cancelled the appointment at the last minute, which is very unprofessional. They said that they can come next morning at 8 am. I had a lengthy call with manager Frank and he assured that he has 2 teams stand by and either one of them will come at 8 am to my house next morning. If no one shows up, he will be in the office to take my call and fix the situation.

Today I had six cream colored dinette chairs cleaned. Some spots had set in from my grandchildren eating at the table. The technician, Lucas was friendly, professional and committed to ensuring I was pleased with his service As he continuously invited me to inspect his work and put extra effort to clean hard to remove deep stains. Jacob arrived on time and was very professional and informative. The high traffic carpeted areas are significantly clean, and the entire house looks cleaner and brighter.
Lately, my dog had a MAJOR accident that I will not go into detail on, on one of our large rugs. He got everything out, stains and smell. Looks like new; very pleased with the result.

I called to ask the price and make an appointment to clean up the carpet. I was clearly told that Whole House carpet cleaning is $149.99 plus each steps $2 (which wasn't mentioned in the ad). No questions was asked if my house 5 or 10 rooms. Nevertheless, once technician came, he asked $370 for the carpet cleaning.
