We had B Gonzales and Anthony House cleaning our carpets. They were so professional. They called to let us know they were on the way, got there on time. B was training and let us know that. He explained step by step what they do, he is very knowledgeable of what they do. Showed him how to measure the space. What you do first and then how you explain it to the client and answer ask the questions they may have. He showed Anthony what to do and then let him do it. They are great guys. So thankful for the job they did our carpets looks clean like we just moved in. I highly recommend them

We live near open space and a skunk obvious sprayed near our home. Our whole house had bad skunk smell. We called Bear at 2:30pm on Thursday afternoon and they were here by 5:30pm! They set up the Chlorine Dioxide system and it ran through the night. On Friday at 9AM we were back in our house and as promised, the odor was totally gone. It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny! Glad we found this company, will definitely use their services in the future. Awesome service!

Brandon showed up nearly on time (despite road construction). He was very friendly, examined what we wanted done and got to work promptly. The large area of carpet we had was thoroughly and quickly cleaned. Several heavy stain areas (from pet and sport shoe marks) were cleaned perfectly even when he had to go over shoe stain repeatedly. He finished after checking with us that everything was exactly as wanted.
Definitely will use this firm again. He also mentioned they are equipped to clean tile should we decide on that.

Brandon was very professional, on-time, and able to make appropriate recommendations for what I needed to have done. I have never had my carpet look so clean and all the pet stains are gone! I will definitely use Bear Carpet again, and ask for Brandon as well.

We had an appointment scheduled with another carpet cleaning company who didn't show up. Since we had already removed the furniture from the room, it was imperative that we found someone who could come today. I called Bear Carpet and Anthony immediately answered the phone, was extremely courteous and understood my problem and worked it out in his busy schedule to come today. I can't say enough about this company and our experience. Anthony and Brandon were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They were a delight to have in our home. I first used Bear Carpet for cleaning my expensive oriental wool large area rug. They picked up the rug and brought it back a few days later, looking almost like brand new. I had given up on carpet cleaning companies for my house because none of them cleaned the carpets better than I could do it myself with a rented cleaner. We used Jeff at Bear Carpet to have our house and office cleaned. In our home he took care of the carpet and tile. We have a 3 year old home with 3 boys and 3 pets. I was surprised at how well everything turned out. He got rid of some pet stains and our grout came out like new. He was very professional and took his time to make sure it was done right. Jeff was at my door within 20 mins of my call to get my dirty rug! My dogs had really done a number on it. This was a handmade rug and it was huge and a pain to move. Jeff offered to cut it into two, smaller rugs for a nominal fee. So I did. The binding looked great and you'd never know these were once one rug! The rugs are spic and span and some of the loose parts have even been repaired. They were delivered to my door by an adorable young man named Quentin who was prompt and polite.

For me, service providers, particularly those that come to your home to fix something, install something or clean up your messes, heavily slant positive or negative, there isn't much in-between. If a company meets the quoted arrival and performs the job without obvious incident, they're five star, I'd call 'em again. In the case of Bear Carpet, they were maybe 45 minutes late, but they called to let me know they were a tad behind schedule, and in the end, the carpets of our three teeny bedrooms came out plush and bright.

Bear Carpet came and cleaned our carpet on our stairs and our upstairs carpet. We have lived in our house for 6 years and have never had our carpet cleaned. It was FILTHY!! This company was great. They were able to get out all of the stains and dirt and our carpet looked beautiful after they were done. And on top of that, they showed up on time, were friendly and very knowledgable, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I read all the reviews and was expecting an awesome carpet cleaning experience. I was told by Jeff that the furniture would be moved (the guy that came out, Daniel, didn't want to move the furniture. He kept trying to say he was only going to do the carpet that was accessible. Only 1 guy came out and I wanted him to move the sofa, tables, etc. but with only 1 guy, I had to move those items with him. He didn't want to move the sofa, sofa table, TV stand).
