Great service! I lost my mailbox key and Joseph got it replaced for me in record time the day before Thanksgiving. Competitive service fee and accurate installation. My new lock came with 2 free keys and he even accepts electronic payment for those of us who no longer keep a check book around. Hope I never need it again, lol, but I would definitely be a return customer.

I called at 9pm on a weeknight. 30 minutes later Joe had me in my condo. He had me show ID plus a piece of mail from inside to show him it really was my place. I felt safe and secure and would definitely use his services again. (although I hope I don't have to) Joking aside, Joe and his company are fabulous. I felt the price was fair and reasonable. He was polite and quick and his work was perfect. Thank you!

Joseph is AWESOME! He worked with our old commercial front door to install a new and very complicated electronic lock and did a wonderful job! He explained everything to me clearly so I understood how it all worked, and made sure I was 110% satisfied with the work before I left. A few days later he called to follow-up and make sure everything was working well, which of course it was! I was really impressed to see his hard hard-work and dedication to his work and on behalf of his customers.

Highly recommend Lock Key Charms locksmith services in Chicago, waited over two hours for another company that never showed up at 3 am. I Decided to call a different company that showed up and got me into my rental car within 20 mins. Excellent service!
