Shields Road Self Storage has to be one of the best I have ever used. They offer Climate Controlled units, outdoor units, and the only place in town offering outside parking for vehicles and trailers. The units are clean and well lit, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! The security is top-notch with gates to the property and cameras recording every entry and exit. The staff is exceptional and are glad to help people find exactly what meets their needs. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Great to deal with -- I secured a 10x20 Climate Controlled Unit -- I thought this would be big enough and as it turned out it was not. It was the end of day and already signed the paperwork for the unit and everyone was gone. I called the next morning and they were all so great to work with and tried to find me a larger unit or two units that could possibly work.. unfortunately we could not find anything that would work but they refunded me and understood the situation. When other storage needs come up I am positive that I will call and store with Shields Road Self Storage if a unit is available

I am not one to leave a reviews, I just normally read them. However, I thoroughly appreciate Rhonda and her willingness to update me as unit became available. I was struggling to find a large climate control and Rhonda continuously updated me as she found out more information on upcoming availability. Needless to say, I was able to obtain a climate control unit when I was about to settle for an outdoor unit elsewhere. Unit was clean, service was excellent, and left smiling. Will recommend this business to anyone in the surrounding areas of Kernersville.
