What can you expect from your newly tuned-up HVAC system? Is the cost of maintenance really worth it? You should consider that some benefits of regular maintenance are immediate while others prevent future problems from developing. Lower energy bills: You might assume that since the equipment is heating or cooling your home without any apparent problem that everything is fine.
Plan to schedule annual HVAC system maintenance once in the spring for your cooling equipment and again in the fall for your heating system. If you have a heat pump, the combined heating/cooling system should receive maintenance twice a year. Plan to perform a few maintenance tasks of your own between these formal visits.

Our furnace just stopped working. Mike was called as he was on his way to another location, but was able to stop in almost immediately. He located the problem very quickly and was able to get us up and running again very quickly. We signed up for the annual maintenance based on his professionalism.

They did a job on a home I am looking to buy, but did not give me a method of payment. Without this I cannot pay them and they cannot send me the report for the home. I have an inspection period deadline to meet. I have emailed twice and called twice, on separate days, asking them to send me a method of payment and they have not reached out yet

I am 65 years old and have had a great deal of experience with A/C companies. Although no one is perfect, Campo's tries to be. They are reasonably priced, stand behind their work, and go the extra mile or two if needed. They also are more informed and knowledgeable than any other company I've done business with. I highly recommend this company. Especially when you need someone you can count on.
