Personnel in the office were very friendly and helpful over the phone. The technician arrived on time, as promised. A/C fixed in short time and the area he worked in was cleaned up after the job. The office followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy. Very impressive. Exactly how EVERY business should be operated.

Our a/c stopped working altogether yesterday evening. I opted to call my home warranty co but they tried to send me one of the worst rated companies to look at everything, that co never called for an appointment or answered my calls to them. I did my research and saw what great ratings Three Rivers had and chose to give them a chance. Not only did they get here within an hour of me calling but the tech looked over everything made repairs that needed to be done and was great at explaining what was going on. They were very reasonable on pricing as well. Thank y'all so much for the quick response

Inside unit was not coming on. Phoned to get technician to come and take a look. I was quoted $250 just to come out and take a look. Phone another reputable contractor who quoted a third of the price to accomplish the same objective. OUCH! All I can say that even though your back is against the wall, it pays to do your due diligence. BUYER BEWARE!

We have used them on several occasions and have been thoroughly pleased. Their technicians And office staff are friendly, professional and most importantly honest. With our system being in the older side, I’ve worried I’ll be fed a line but I have NEVER felt that way. They explain their jargon in a way that makes you to understand. Greatful to have found a wonderful company that is trustworthy!! Highly recommended.

The estimator was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and was very cordial. He took a great deal of time determining what unit was best for our needs. Also, the installation guys were extremely proficient in installing everything and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone inquiring about a HVAC company. Also, the office staff is very friendly and upbeat!

This review is in regards to their technician Nick. I called in the morning about a constant drip we were hearing from our upstairs unit. The AC would kick on and off all throughout the night, not cooling as needed. I was told someone would be available later that afternoon. Nick arrived and jumped upstairs and quickly determined the root cause. The drain line was full of build up. This was cleaned previously but needed more work. He spent over an hour in the attic in 100 plus degrees clearing the line! He worked until the job was done right and then came down and explained everything along with

The technician arrived early and performed a complete inspection and servicing of my system. We discussed some duct replacement which was necessary due to a rodent chewing through the attic duct. Less than an hour after the technician left, I received a call from Three Rivers to give me an estimate and to ask if I would like to schedule the work. All of this was at a reasonable price. I wish all service businesses were this efficient!
