I started my business in 1998 after my fire company, Center Volunteer Fire Co., had a major house fire in our district which resulted in the death of an elderly woman from smoke inhalation. Her son, who lived in a different township, asked the fireman if we knew anyone that could secure the house. The house had a lot of broken windows and the front door was kicked in, in order to gain entry to fight the fire.

I want to just let anyone who is considering using this company to beware of you insurance provider or insurance broker suggests this company. Upon my insuranc agent suggesting this company I gladly hired them. I was assured that all of their work would be covered by insurance. They came into my home set up some large commercial dehumidifier in my… upstairs bathroom, tapped off my floor in my bathroom with plastic to allow the heat to go under it, drilled 6 holes in the grout around a tile, and ran a humidifier in my kitchen for 2 days. The total time I believe they were there were around

We are selling our house and left for two days and had 27 showings AND a 2 hour open house. Neighbors told us there was a solid line of people waiting. We had a frozen pipe cause our whole (partially finished) basement to flood. Wall to wall, corner to corner. It was awful. I called Bob and a team came over right away. They were so polite and professional. The damage was assessed, the clean up began immediately and the drying equipment was set up. Three days later, our basement is dry. I’m so happy that I called them. They provided clear instructions and advice from beginning to end. It was a terrible situation and they got us through it. Thank you Bob, Dylan, Jesse, and crew.

Bob and his team responded immediately and was very informational. As a non-profit organization, the Memorial Library of Little Valley was devastated by the flood damage. I am so thankful that we hired Bob and his staff to help us after a garage fire this summer. They really are disaster relief. We had a dishwasher malfunction which lead to a kitchen disaster and Bob was there every step of the way. His team was excellent from the tear out to the clean up.
