Customer service was on point!!! This company took the time to explain exactly what was happening and if anything else was needed, they also took the time to write the filter sizes down so if I wanted to purchase them myself I could. This day in age this company was a breath of fresh air with their honesty of how they conducted business. Chris the owner of Cullerton hvac inc. I had the pleasure of having the owner of the company come to fix my ac unit. He responded quickly, and came right out and fixed my unit. Which was greatly appreciated on the humid summer day! He was professional, kind, and didn’t overcharge me with things I didn’t need! He never tried to “ sell me” . He even followed up with me, confirming everything was working to my standard. (Of course it was)! It was a pleasure working with him and his wonderful company. I will use them in the future! Came home from work (Friday evening) to find my air conditioner was not working. Called Cullerton Heating & Cooling and within one hour Chris was at my home to conduct a diagnosis. The motor had burnt out. Chris had a new motor installed the next morning (Saturday). The service was outstanding and the price (including installation) was very reasonable, considering the weekend call. I absolutely recommend Cullerton Heating & Cooling to anyone local for responsive and professional service.

Chris, the owner, who came out and did the job himself, is a class act.. he had great customer service, clean work, was very organized and gave me the best price (he even played with my dogs for a minute.. who doesn’t like an animal loving Heating and Air tech!!! Highly recommended!!!
