When my AC broke down Saturday night during the recent heatwave I can Frank a call at Air Flo. Frank tried to help me assess the problem over the phone and when it didn't work he came out on a Sunday morning to help me fix the problem. Frank was friendly and professional and quickly figured out what was wrong and got my AC up and running in no time. I highly recommend Air Flo to everyone.

I have had several great experiences with Air Flo including work at my house and several of my friends and neighbors. Frank and Mike both show up prepared and ready to tackle whatever issues that they faced and were always pleasant. Definitely one of the least expensive HVAC contractors in the area. Many of their competitors use flat rate pricing to hide actual charges and really gouge their customers (look at the reviews). If you have tried the others give them a shot next time and you won't be disappointed.

When the original boiler at the youth organization for which I worked stopped operating, one of our donor's recommended Frank at Air Flo, HVAC. Even though it was the holiday season, Frank and his son, Michael, responded immediately. They guided us in selecting a boiler that fit our needs and our budget and negotiated with the manufacturers on our behalf to get the most economical value. Traveling in inclement weather from Arlington Heights to Rogers Park (without a glimmer of complaint), they worked straight through the holidays to install the new system so that our programming was not interrupted

I was in need for a service rep for heating and air in my home.After a few local calls,and not a good response I was told by a friend to call Air-Flo hvac Inc. in Arlington Hts IL.This was on December 29, 2015,I said I will give them a try.Sure enough they called me back to set up a service call.They were out the next day at 8 am just like they promised,long story short,he checked out my dehumidifier and furnace,made some minor adjustments,he told me that both units are of age but working just fine.Now were do you get service like that.This was about the best service call that I have ever paid
