The sales person was very friendly. He went over every option they had as well as what our home should have or didn't need due to size and other things in the home. The technician was very friendly. He went over everything to make sure we were comfortable using everything. He cleaned up any mess that was made as well. The sales person checked in the following day to make sure we didn't have any questions. The technician also stopped by to make sure everything was working correctly.

We had a great experience getting our system set up from the initial call to installation. The sales rep was very helpful and upfront, and our technician was thorough and explained how the system worked in a very professional manner. From initial call to installation it only took about two days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great company to get a security system from.

Wise Home Solutions prays on the elderly using fear to coerce us into signing agreements. I live alone and am on a fixed income. My memory is not so good anymore so I cannot arm the system. I couldn't remember how from the beginning, but I do know that I will be billed more if it is a false alarm. I asked to be released from the agreement because I cannot afford the system, especially when I cannot use it. They said , No. Their profits are more important than my medications. Please find a reputable security company and tell everyone how Wise does business. Do not use them. They make you pay for

We recently bought a house and we’ve been considering ADT but was always hesitant due to how expensive they are. With WISE, we were able to score a great deal and the sales rep, Scott made sure that my husband and I were both comfortable and happy with everything we were getting. Zach, the tech who installed the system was super cool and patient when it came to teaching us and the kids on how to use everything too. Great service, would recommend to everyone in the neighborhood!

This company is ridiculous. They were great until we sold our house and moved. We called and talked to them before we sold our house about if it was possible to transfer to the new owners and they said yes it was. Then after we moved they now say that the new owners have to sign up to their own service and we have to cancel ours. So now because… we sold our house they are after us for $1600 to early terminate even though we never missed a payment and never had any issues. So now they are trying to double dip on one system. They won't work with anyone. I would recommend going to any other
