I received exceptional service from Daniel! He fixed a few things in my house including getting better water temperature for my shower and getting hot water faster at my bathroom sinks. I seldom leave feedback but this one I just had to not only because of the phenomenal job Trident did but the "after" service they followed through with. Short and sweet story first of all they don't cut corners, legit and has integrity behind their business. They won't be the cheapest or the most expensive but they will get the job right so you won't have headaches later on! The city inspector even commented that whoever did this job went above and beyond to make sure all was done correctly and to last. (They insulated the pipes and made sure to not take too much space

I am in the business of testing backflow valves so I deal with plumbers all over the metroplex. I just had Trident come replace a toilet at my personal home as well as installing a pump to give us instant hot water at our kitchen sink. Previously it took nearly 2 minutes to get hot at the faucet and now it takes about 20 to 30 seconds. I chose Trident because their installations are the cleanest amongst all the plumbers I have dealt with. They do the little things which are BIG. And all off their service guys are very professional.

I called the company because we had a clogged kitchen sink that needed repaired. They had a cancellation so fitted us in the schedule that day instead of a couple days later. Schuyler and his Assistant did a excellent job of making the repair and in a timely manner. They were professional, and the price was reasonable. We would call them again for sure if we needed a plumber.

This company is very impressive. From the initial call with the administrator to the plumber and assistant, they were extremely professional and competent. Their quick reaction to my leak (same day service due scheduling availability) and direct approach to completion was much appreciated. I used Trident Plumbing based on a neighbors recommendation. Quick response to my call, sent multiple confirmations, the last one via text came with photo and name of plumber that would do the work; wore the slip on booties to keep floors clean; explained the problem & gave a range of options; there was no pressure; reviewed work done at completion; cleaned up; rates were better than my previous plumber; would absolutely use them again. I needed a plumber to unclog a bathroom sink drain, and Trident was able to come out sooner than anyone else.They called before arriving and came to the door with masks on and booties at the ready. My problem was not complicated, and was handled with a great deal of professionalism. Evan and Cooper explained what was needed, told me the cost before starting work, and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. They also explained what I might do to preclude future recurrence. I was very impressed with this business's professionalism, especially with regards to communication throughout the encounter. We had a blockage in one of the main septic branches at our home and they were able to accommodate me and my schedule the same day. I was sent a photo of the main technician that would be working. Schuyler and an apprentice (my apologies but I cannot recall his name) were quick to diagnose and problem solve. Work took less than 2 hours and they used a ventilation stack on the roof to clear the pipes. Video evidence of our home's colon proved the way was clear

I hired Trident Plumbing to fix my broken pipe based on the high review on Nextdoor. Everything went very smooth. I got a reminder call the day before appointment. Another call in the morning. The technician showed up on time and identified the problem and gave me an estimate right away. He fixed the broken pipe fast and the price was more than reasonable. I have used Daniel (owner) for over 5-6 years now (back when he worked for another company). He is super friendly, VERY smart and knows a LOT about plumbing. I like that he stays on top of technology and innovation in the plumbing business. I am a DIY guy and he happily works with me and helps me save $. I also like that Trident Plumbing is MUCH cheaper than the other company I used to use (and still recommend for quality work.) but at close to half the cost I'll choose Trident for same quality driven work.

We called them this morning after a couple of people had recommended them. Our washer and sink were backing up and flooding the laundry room and kitchen. They came out same day and cleaned out the drains. Daniel was really helpful and explained everything in a way that we understood. We could tell he was genuine in telling us what to do to move forward with preventative actions as well. We are confident that they'll be our plumber permanently and will have them out to do some routine work as well.
