Matthew and team did a fantastic job diagnosing and quickly repairing a crack in our main sewer line that had allowed roots to get into the line and cause a backup. They had to dig down four feet or so in the middle of a landscaped area of our yard but when they were done we couldn't even tell that it had been dug up. I've used Legacy Plumbing exclusively for the past 9 years and have always had good experience. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest out there, but more often than not you get what you pay for.

I have used Legacy Plumbing for several years now. Every single Legacy Plumber who has come to my house, have been friendly, professional, clean and well dressed and very personable. Jeremy and Jordan bonded with my dogs! Molly loved Jeremy! Mike and Hubert not only fixed my garage disposal, but Mike knocked down 2 wasp nest on my porch for me!!! Jeremy also noticed the wasp nest when he came and offered to get rid of them, but I didn’t have any wasp spray. These guys go above and beyond to help. Even Thomas who schedules the appointments is very professional and friendly! I can’t say enough

Got the number of the company from a nextdoor post which was vouched by multiple more. I would like to thank their honesty and helpfulness. Called them for a task which wasn't exactly their domain. They didn't hesitate to tell that to me. After that they also recommend me to someone they trust and work with. I contacted the other company and they fixed my issue. Charged reasonably. My water heater went out in the evening time last week, I texted Alex, who was prompt in his response at 9PM. He was out there the next day, kept me in the loop everyday of what was going on Legacy replaced my water heater did a great professional job. Alex and Henry were phenomenal, these guys were professional, very knowledgeable and worked with my family schedule. I would highly recommend these guys!

Legacy plumbing chose to send Matthew who is one of their seasoned technician, as one of the issues we had was with (lack of) hot water plumbing in certain units !! So a) I appreciated they identified that this issue if not diagnosed correctly could potentially add up on cost and b) LP is transparent, honest, and not out to make a quick buck instead they are clearly in it for the long haul. They diagnose and present all options and scenarios and let you make the decision that best serves your need."

Gerald and Mitchel came on time to replace my bathtub faucet and valve and did an amazing job. Their integrity, honesty, and quality of work is unmatched. Using Legacy Plumbing has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and thorough with their explanation of service fees and cost of repair. No surprises! Alex arrived on time which is always appreciated. He was meticulous in his work and cleaned up perfectly when he was done. If you're lucky to live long enough, and you live in the same home for several years, you'll encounter lots of problems with fixtures that you might take for granted.
Generally, I'm a do-it-yourselfer and don't rely on someone else to repair stuff unless it's major, like jacking the foundation.
I've replaced the water shutoff valve to my house twice. Not the one at the water meter (which belongs to the city), but the one in the ground just outside our front door. And, yes, they do wear out. Deposits build up on the inside and rust takes it's toll on parts

Alex and Jeremiah did a fantastic job for us! We first had low water pressure and then a few weeks later all the pipes in the house started rattling.
Alex clearly explained the cause and what he recommended.
Gave us a great deal on replacing the pressure regulator valve along with two new water heaters.

Easily 5 stars. I would have given them more if I could. Had a water pipe in the slab rear its ugly head the Wednesday of the blizzard. Unfortunately I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks (not Legacy's fault) and other slab leak companies were even longer. Wayne and Gerald got here first thing this morning, and spent an hour understanding the plumbing for my entire house. After performing some tests and confirming some theories, they were able to locate the leak in about a 12' section of pipe. Now, the fun began.

This business is great. Used them to fix an outside leaking faucet that would leak inside the wall, they removed the broken pipe and fixed it with a new pipe in just minutes. The new fitting is awesome! Price is good and they are professional, they show up on time, ask questions and explain what they did. Number one choice for me. Used them a few years back and remembered how good they were, they are still that good. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with a team from Legacy Plumbing today. Both Johnny and Aarin were knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. A month ago they came out to repair a slab leak and goodness, they were quick at diagnosing the problem and worked hard to get it done and get it done well.

Having resided here a short time, we brought them in to service a neglected tankless eight year old water heater, change out the guts of a toilet, clear bathroom drains, and fully inspect and replace where needed all plumbing fixtures and valves throughout the house.
Both gentlemen were extremely thorough and made a point to go back and recheck all the work performed. As a courtesy, Kelly showed us where the water valve
