Never use this company under any circumstances they are liars!!! Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. They are not deserving of even 1.
I Originally contacted this company in April 2021 after my neighbor recommended them. An "arborist" was sent out and gave me a very reasonable quote (which was comparable to my neighbors) which I paid half that day and was set up for service in a couple weeks when the crew came out to do the job they told me it was too hot to cut the trees and we should wait until winter time. I agreed with their assessment and a supervisor was sent out to confirm. January

I have used this company twice for removal
If a total of 3 large trees. They are very professional and do excellent work. Very careful to not damage anything and left no mess before. Kind and friendly work staff starting with the office staff, the arborist doing the estimate and the work crew. Highly recommend this company.

The quality of the work was very good. One could never tell that a tree existed in the two spots where they were removed. Tree Pros was very timely and very quick to remove the two trees and stumps. They cleaned up everything very well.
We had a few hiccups that needed to be discussed with management but our concerns we're taken into account, we were listened to and the response from them was very good and resolved in a timely manner. These hiccups were not from the work that was performed though. I was extremely happy with the work they did and am very confident that l would use Tree Pros again

The arborist and the applications specialist both seemed to have a great deal of expertise and provided me with many excellent recommendations for my 5 different kinds of trees as well as my shrubs. The team who did the work of trimming the trees and rejuvenation pruning the shrubs also were experts and did a really nice job.

Tree pros did a wonderful job of trimming the overgrown Museum Palo Verde in our front yard. The canopy was beautifully thinned and shaped without losing the lush and lovely shape. The palm in out back yard got a much-needed shave to get rid of all the dead fronds. The fronds were also properly trimmed -- NOT scalped. Plus the clean-up was terrific. Everything was left neat and clean and all of my property was treated with respect. This is the best tree service I have ever hired and I am not ever going to hire anyone else.

Tree Pros were extremely responsive and professional! They came out, provided a detailed information and a quote. Once accepted, they quickly scheduled the tree removal. The crew contacted me prior to arrival and were even a little early from their window they provided. Within 9 minutes they removed a 20' Mexican Fan Palm. The crew showed up on time and did a wonderful job of removing six 30' trees. They worked as such a well precision team that it took them under an hour to have them cut down and removed with very minimal debris on the ground. I will be reaching out to them again for stump removal of previous trees that I unfortunately had to remove last year due to the heat.

We called Tree Pros after losing part of a tree during a storm. Though their services are pricey they were very professional and did an excellent job with trimming our large tree (20 - 25ft) in the front yard. They also trimmed a smaller tree and our palm trees in the backyard, and provided us (at a cost) with fertilizer to help us keep our palm trees healthy. Because of their professionalism and quality of service we would use them again, and at the same time we may look for a more cost-effective service. Still, if you want excellent tree trimming service, you could choose Tree Pros with no regrets

Tree pros is hands-down the best company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They've earned our business for the remainder of my life with my most recent experiences with them. I had my irrigation system replaced as well as the valves earlier this year. The original job was done perfectly. My trees and hedges were very overgrown. The Tree Pros arborist, Ben, was very knowledgeable and professional. He quoted a reasonable price for the work required and also identified a fungus on two of my palms that needed treatment. The crew came at the agreed to date and time and were also very professional and efficient. The crew chief confirmed the work to be done and they completed everything to my satisfaction. He also confirmed with me that everything was as I wanted it. I would recommend Tree Pros to anyone for this service.

I would highly recommend Tree Pros. They have incredible employees. Everyone from the arborist to the labors did amazing work. They were professional and respectful from start to finish. They cleaned up after themselves. It took all the worry and stress from my elderly mother. The company did exactly what they said. They explained it would take four hours to trim her trees and it was done. The next day they did stump removal. Oh my gosh, I have NEVER seen such a well organized company. If Mom needs to have her tree trimmed, these are the people she'll call. I've never seen a yard cleaned

Called from a google search - they sent someone to give us a quote to cut down a tree in our backyard. Quote was a great price. They arrived - tree was down in 1 1/2 hour. Update- We finally received a call from a company representative. She was very professional, apologetic and refunded our cost to make up for what happened. Even with that gesture I would still not use or recommend this company in the future. Considering how may times I had to call, the number of times I asked for resolution, the gesture while appreciated doesn't change my opinion. This could have been addressed if leadership or the owner had contacted me. His/Her choice but this is the cost of treating customers so poorly. I had already filed a complaint with the BBB as they do not deserve

Couldn't be happier with our arborist (Kyle), and project lead (Ricardo). I have used Tree Pros now on 3 separate occasions. My most recent engagement with them was because I had a 75+ foot sissoo tree that was partially uprooted from the recent wind/rain storm. It was right on my fenceline and being propped up right next to another sissoo tree. It was a rather complex job given the size of the tree, but Ricardo and his team were highly professional. They left the work site spotless and even made sure my neighbor's side was clean for them. I highly recommend Tree Pros. On my first project

I called Tree Pros because I wanted to reduce the water usage in my yard. The "I'm an arborist, not a salesman..." then gave me a polished sales pitch on buying a $3000 irrigation system. I basically wanted to replace my water guzzling backyard plants with indigenous, desert plants. The "arborist" wanted none of that talk. He recommended a few replacement plants. I'm assuming these plants would be water guzzlers because he said, since his work is guaranteed, he wouldn't plant the recommended plants until we put in his new irrigation system.

Had to have them redo the work since they barely bothered. Sold me on expensive fertilization of my trees, then one died within the year. After all that, they kept calling to solicit further business. Became very irritating and I finally told them to never contact me again. I will not be using this company in the future and do not recommend them. Constant upselling and shoddy work.

I could not have had better service. We had a very large 70 year old Aleppo pine tree that did not make it throught the hot summer last year.
I was very concerned that a monsoon wind could possibly blow it down and possibly cause significant damage or even kill someone.
The tree was over 60 feet tall. They removed it using a crane and did all the clean up in less than 2 hours.
A very professional service by a very professional company.
Highly reccomended.

We just moved into our new home in July and Sadly our tree out front didn't make it. I contacted tree pros because of their good reputation and reviews. They were responsive and able to send out Mike for a quote the next day!

I have used Tree Pros AZ multiple times. The first time I had a large Ficus tree removed. They made quick work of it and ground the stump. You'd never know there was a tree there. The second time we had them out for a frizzle top issue on our Queen Palms. First, an arborist came out to look at the trees. He said they would inject the soil and treat the crowns with fungicide. The trees did respond some. I called them out two additional times for followup treatments. I do wish that they would automatically follow up for sick trees, rather than me having to go through the process each time. Unfortunately

Back in February I contacted Tree Pros to cut down a sissoo tree & have the stump ground out. They said it would be a few weeks until they could take care of it and then it would be a couple more weeks to have a crew come grind it out. I had no problem waiting to have it removed.
It was March when the crew came & cut it down. The crew was very professional and fast. The tree was at least 40 feet tall. In a couple of hours it was down & cleaned up. Later that day, an arborist showed up to treat the stump. He made some cuts in what was left of the stump and a couple of roots visible
