Called to get an estimate and was told $100 just to get an estimate on tree trimming. He said "my doctor doesn't give me a discount on the office visit when he decides to do surgery" when I asked if that would come off of the work if we went with them. Tons of companies will give you a price before you having to hire them so I thought people should be warned.

Just called to get some information. Spoke with Jim the arborist and he could not give me any information unless I paid the $175 consultation fee. When you call and ask a business what services they provide it would be helpful to give you some information and not a standard response I do not know unless you pay me to come look at it. I am not a tree expert but if you want someone to use your services please be able to explain what they are. It would of been HELPFUL if he explained what happens once he comes and looks at the tree and what can be done to save a tree. I understand what a consultation
