All Bath & Counter

Steve came over to my house that was built in 1986 and refinished a tube and the tiles around the tub. He explained in minute detail every part of the job so nothing surprised me. He finished the job and I remembered the tub in the other bathroom, that had been refinished years ago by another company, had some wear at the bottom. So he refinished that for me. When he was done he went back and looked at the first bathroom and said that the old grout had absorbed a lot more paint than usual and he would like to repaint to add a bit more volumn to it.
He came back the next day, on time, and repainted

I bought my house 2001, it was built in 1980, so I've got a couple very well aged fiberglass tubs. I've had one done a couple of times as they just don't hold up forever, but it lasted over a decade. Both times I was very pleased. I also got new hardware for the shower in November of 2018 and Dean came for the first time. He's a hell of a dude, couldn't be nicer and the patch work he did around the faucet was flawless. He came back today to fill and resurface the other tub, still the same nice guy and the results were again fantastic. Steve has also been nothing short of a pleasure to do business

We had this company previously resurface our tub in 2014 and they did a good job. Fast fast forward to 2019, we needed the tub redone. I scheduled my appointment with Steve to come re-evaluate the tub and get a quote. We were to resurface one tub, caulk and clean the tiles of 2 tubs.. he missed his first appointment to come and give a quote.
The night before our appointment Steve texted to say he couldn't come due to a delay in the schedule. I took a day off work to get this done. His response was " Ok I will figure something out, I guess I'll take the heat in some other areas

In March of 2016, a company called Make It Drain came to fix our stopped-up tub under our home warranty. They got the tub unclogged, but used sulfuric acid, which ruined the tub enamel. They brought in All Bath & Counter Refinishing to fix the damage. Within a few months, the new enamel that All Bath & Coubter applied started to bubble. The owner, Steve, apologized and said the employee who refinished the tub was no longer with the company. He sent a new guy out to fix it. A few months later: bubbles again. Steve at All Bath is the Best!! He resurfaced my tub 14 years ago and it was like new for at least 10 years. I am now having him resurface it again tomorrow and I am so excited to walk into my bathroom and see "a new" tub again! I have also had him resurface a Formica counter top and it went from being a dingy navy blue to what appeared to be brand new neutral color (off white) Formica! My jaw dropped when I saw it! I really cannot say enough good things about Steve. We renovated a home that was built in the early 1980's and it had a cast iron tub in great condition, but an ugly color. Rather than demo it out just to put a white tub in its place we contacted Steve and he refinished it. Now, I'm going to tell you the best thing about Steve in an unusual way. The finish failed. We were absolutely delighted with Steve and his crew. His bid was half the nearest other bid for the same work. Our master bathroom was filled with outdated unattractive faux-marble around the shower, bathtub and counter tops. Steve and his crew took apart the shower and put in a glass surround, tiled the walls of the shower, resurfaced the giant tub, added a tile surround to the tub, put tile on the front of the tub and resurfaced the counter tops. Steve was personally there through most of the work working right alongside the other workers - which I appreciated. The workers showed up on time

I don't know what the other reviews are about, but Steve was awesome.
I called him on Saturday for a quick job. He called me right back, offered to move some stuff around and came out to my house the next day to scope out the job. He gave me an honest and great bid ($250 a tub) and came out the next day to do it.
The tub look RIDICULOUSLY awesome and so professional.
I think Steve was nice, accommodating and very responsive to any question I had.

I am in the process of repairing a property to get ready to sell. The sink bowls in both bathroom vanities had a "spider web" cracking pattern. I also needed one bathtub re-finished. I initially emailed All Bath and Counter via their website. Steve called early the next Monday and left a message saying that he had been out on vacation the week before, and asked that I call him for an estimate.

After getting quotes from several other companies, I opted for ABC since it was about $50 cheaper than competitors and because they were able to do next-day service.

The contractor Mike was a nice guy and showed up on time. He explained how the service would go and the time each step would take, which they did. He came and went as needed and didn't bother my work around the house. I even left him alone at the house while I ran an errand, and all was good when I got back.

My first impression of Steve is that his sole purpose in owning a business is to make money. He said things like, "well I would charge less if you also got your tubs refinished, because otherwise there's just no money in it for me if I only charge you ___ for the vanities without getting additional work done". This was in response to me questioning the difference in quote he gave me over the phone since the quote in person was much higher. Work was fine. But watch out for backlash afterwards regarding payment and such. I would say Mr. Williams has a temper issue.

They refinished both of my tubs and tile surrounds. Changed the tile colors from 1970's baby blue and 1970's yellowish/brown...to a nice off white. Changed the tubs from sort of beige...to nice bright white.
The guys did a good job. They spent several hours cleaning the tubs and tile before the refinishing. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived.
No complaints.

I needed my porcelain kitchen sink resurfaced and my bathroom counters refinished as well. I made an appt. for 11/29/2011.

Steve showed up for the appt. on time, but without all of his color samples. The first thing he told me was that he didn't warranty porcelain sinks. He did tell me that if I didn't use the sink for 10 days, then the finish would have enough time to cure and it would be fine.

When I showed him the bathroom counters he brought out the 4 or 5 samples he had brought, none of which I cared for. I told him I wanted a solid color, which of course was among the samples

I am prepping my house for sale and could not afford to put in fancy tile or granite in my master bath. Oversize, oddly constructed shower enclosure and sink counter top were prepped, including filling in cracks and fixing a poorly designed drain and seat, then coated and buffed out with the utmost efficiency. Bathroom now looks better than new.

Dust had settled on countertop and Steve re-coated and buffed to make sure that the surface was perfect.
