I am a custom home builder and purchased a royal bathtub for one of my customers. It has a hairline crack near the overflow. I have called repeatedly for months and so has the homeowner. No response from Royal bath. Need a warranty call from Royal bath to get this fixed for my customer. Horrible customer service once you have purchased a product.

Run as fast as you can. We purchased a Jacuzzi tub from Royal Bath. The tub has blemish spot. Royal Bath sent someone to take a look at the blemish. The inspector said he see that in refurbished tubs. Royal Bath is blaming the plumber Chapparell Plumbing and the builder Gehan Homes. Gehan Homes is saying contact Royal Bath. Run as fast as you can from this company. They will not stand up to their warranty.

I have a Royal bathtub in my master suite and I love it!!! The tub is nice and glossy and super easy to clean. I've had tubs in the past where dirt would stick to the tub and no matter how hard I scrubbed the dirt would not come up. This tub does not collect dirt or stains thank goodness! I am extremely happy with the quality of this tub.

My Royal Bath tub that came with our brand new house also had two cracks, very small, in it that leaked down to the second floor ceiling. I'll update with the outcome to get it repaired, but they should not have these problems right out of the gate like that.
Edit: After months of dealing with this issue, we found out the leak was actually because of the shoddy plumbing when it was installed, not Royal Bath's fault. The two cracks were still present, and Royal Bath came out and repaired them, but the issue there is the tub is bright white in color and the repaired area is more of an

I have a Royal Bath tub in my new home(two years old) and found two cracks in it. I called Royal Bath Mfg. to talk with them about the issue. They told me that they were NOT responsible and that I should call my builder. I had already called my builder and they told me that I needed to contact Royal Bath Mfg. directly to get them to warrant the bath tub. Royal Bath does not want to take responsibility for their products and even look at the issue. I have a five (5) year warranty on the tub with Royal Bath, but they refuse to honor their warranty in any way and choose to ignore the issue. I DO NOT
