Absolutely the best! I’m selling my house and an inspection revealed numerous issues with the old septic system. Mark and his competent crew of professionals quickly and efficiently solved every problem. This was within two days of my initial call.

***CAUTION*** NOT a man of his word! Unfortunately Bob's Septic has just lost a customer, I will no longer be doing any kind of business with them. Needed a new lift chamber pump, quoted $650 to replace the worn out pump and drain lift chamber in order to complete the work. After draining they find that the pump power cord was to short. 10 foot is standard. So he needed to order a pump with a longer cord and it would be about $75 dollars additional. Returned the following day, installed the pump and hands me a bill for $1060.00!! That is way more than the quoted $650.00 + 75.00 =$725.00. He had

Mark from Bob's septic is a scam artist who lies about prices and falsified his quote in order to get the job and over charge by almost 2k...... for a plastic tank.... I would never recommend his service to anyone! Very unprofessional. Very unsatisfied.

My septic tanks were collapsing and my drain field was flagged by the health department as no longer functional. I called Bob’s and the owner Mark came right out. He explained the process and helped us get a permit. From there I got quotes for the permit work from 4 companies and Bob’s Septic had the best price, but because of Mark’s willingness to help I probably still would have chose them as long as the quote was competitive, which it definitely was. My septic system is now all new and works great. I already had Bob’s put us on a repeater septic pumping every 3rd year to keep my system

I recently had sewage coming up my bath tub. I called Bob’s Septic and they gave me quick advice on the phone, and told me more then likely my septic tanks needing pumping. Sure enough the tanks we’re almost overflowing. They pumped the tanks and no more backing up at that point. They did tell me before leaving my drain field appeared to be no longer working and offered to help with that if needed. I thanked them and they left.The next day I called the health department to come look at my drain field and they dug test holes and confirmed it was no long functioning properly. So I called Bob’s

I’ve dealt with Bob’s Septic Service 3 times. All times were great. First few times they pumped my tanks for best price around. Then my drain field went bad after 17 years and they did the whole new system perfectly and at a very competitive rate. They also answered all questions any time I had them. Call them for septic needs in west Michigan, you won’t regret it
