Regrettably, my experience with Pixel was unsatisfactory but not something that can't be resolved on their part. For full disclosure, I am a local business that sought to up grade my access system and move to OpenPath. Pixel's quoted pricing was fair and reasonable and I was prepared to sign the contract agreement. However, under the terms of service the contract contains the following language... "After the expiration of one year from the date hereof PIXEL shall be permitted from time to time to increase the monitoring charge by an amount not to exceed nine percent each year and Subscriber agrees

We are a direct competitor with Skip and Tim along with their team and I have to say they were very professional collaborating on a mutual client. Thanks Pixel for your assistance and prompt help.

They are terrible. They take three times as long to install the security system and then it was nothing they promised. They tried to up sell us everything. The security cameras they wanted to sell us were thousands of dollars while we could have bought our own at Costco for hundreds and they were more updated and worked with our own network. They are an antiquated company and you would be better off interviewing other companies in town. We've used them for 9 months now and I'm shopping for a new security company now. Any recommendations?
