We have been customers for about 5years. And for the first 3 years our experience with the service level was great. But over the past 2 months our alarm has not worked and it has been impossible to reach them. Looks like they dont even list their telephone number anymore.
I have been trying to reach them. Looks an answering service with a lot of static. No idea what they are doing. And put me on indefinite hold. Not sure if they are in business anymore

After 10 plus years of working with them, in several different houses we are cancelling our services today. Our system wakes us up almost every night due to a fault and they are not returning our messages or repeated efforts to fix. So disappointing. They were someone I would have recommended until recently.

This company has done work in the past for family and friends and been good, in the past. Now I have been trying for a week to contact them for another job and no one calls back. All I can assume is they have made all the money they need and do not need future customers, I will not be passing there name onto anyone ever again.

Willamete Valley Security is amazing. They have all the newest security options that are compatible with phone apps. Being able to control my security from anywhere gives me the biggest piece of mind. Their reasponse time and eagerness to help is impeccable! Count not be happier or safer than I am with WVS!
