The Cleaning service was phenomenal! However, this company also quoted us for a carpet cleaning by another company. My understanding is that This company “Fast Maid” failed to accurately capture the information and provided a faulty quote. The quote was for $480 and but services came to $690. I was able to talk to the manager of the steam cleaning company and get the price dropped to $590. However while on the phone I was informed this was a recurring issue with Fast Maid.
Fast Maid failed to include the flea treatment and 2 rooms onto our quote…technician said they put the cost in the “notes”

DO NOT HIRE. Super sketchy company. After calling and leaving a voice message the day before of my service to reschedule since the unit was scheduled for fumigation on the same date and I got informed last minute., I never got a call back until minutes before the scheduled time to let me know they were on the way. The person who talked to me didn't care about the crew and wanted to send them anyway even though it is not safe. He mentioned several times the reschedule fee and I was willing to pay for that and just wanted a new date because I didn't want to be responsible for their employees being

Fast Maid Service came to clean my carpets today. They did a GREAT job! I had my carpets cleaned professionally last year with another company and did not get the same result. Fast Maid was able to remove most stains, and the entire house looks great. Also helpful, they were able to work me into their schedule very quickly. Don’t really recommend. We moved into a house and it was only semi cleaned, so we asked for a deep clean from this company. Paid the two hour minimum, they were done in ninety minutes. The floors were great, but they didn’t do interior windows which they were supposed to, or kitchen cabinet doors. They just surface cleaned, and for eighty-five an hour it wasn’t worth it. I went in after with magic eraser and was able to get things even cleaner.

Fast Maid Cleaning Services does an excellent job. They've come by 3 or 4 times now and my house looks amazing after they leave. The care and attention they put into making sure everything is clean and tidy is great, and I appreciate their hard work! Rating 4 stars because the scheduling and communication has been difficult at times - there were mix ups and nobody showed up for our scheduled time and we waited for them for a few hours - however the cleaners themselves do an excellent job.

Scheduling this appointment was a breeze and service was scheduled for the same day. The ladies arrived on time and with a smile on there face. They came in and did a absolute great job. I left them in my place - they completed there work and locked my door - without letting my cats escape LOL. Much appreciated the service and will recommend them to my family and friends. I will also use there services again and again.

Called Fast Maids for an extensive sanitization of our rental property to have ready to go within a short amount for the new renters. They were able to accommodate us within 2 business days. We were very pleased with the overall customer service but especially with the sanitization process itself. I was in and out just checking to make sure the lists were followed out properly and was never once left to question their attention to detail. Very impressed and not to mention it cost us far less than experienced in the past with other companies for the same square footage and time frame.

They broke a picture frame and didn't tell me. I watched her try to fix it then lay it down when it wouldn't stand up. I paid extra for fridge cleaning and it's still dirty. If you do add appliance cleaning, then expect it to be accounted for in your total time allowance. In other words, you don't get extra cleaning time if you pay extra for appliance cleaning. There's dirt all over the wood floors, I literally had to run my robovac after they left so it could vacuum. We were having out of town guests for the weekend, and our place needed a deep cleaning. I have used other cleaning companies before but these ladies were awesome! They're attention to detail and personal touches made our apartment look like 5 star hotel room. True professionals, cleaned from the top down. Starting with the top of our 10 ft cabinets down to the baseboards And Everything in between:)

I hired this company, was going to use a Groupon, but they convinced me not to saying that the Groupon doesn't cover move-in move-out services and takes too big a cut. So, I said fine, and paid their full price for 2 people, 2 hours each, 4 hours total. (It takes me, a non pro cleaner 1.5 hours by myself to clean this small space immaculately, but I didn't have time this week).
