We found Christiana when we were in need of a deep cleaning after a home renovation. She was able to come on short notice, and did an incredibly thorough job cleaning up the drywall dust that was all over the house. We arrived home after being away for a month, and could not have been more pleased with how sparkling clean the house was. Christiana was referred by someone on next door and I hired her immediately. After her first visit I was so impressed and I signed up for her services recurring every 4 weeks. She checks in with me a few days before her visit, we confirm and she is there on time every month. I don’t mind the time it takes, but when she leaves it’s like I’ve checked into an Airbnb. (My puppy loves her). Excellent service, great price and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

I really really hate to write negative reviews but we did not receive the type of service I was expecting from Mobile Maids, especially based on all the positive reviews. I called Christiana to schedule a cleaning after our tenants moved out of our condo and before we moved into the unit from out of state. We agreed to $250 for a deep cleaning that was supposed to include inside of all cabinets and drawers, baseboards, appliances, etc. We felt the rate was steep but worth it because she said it would be spotless and she was very friendly over the phone. Mobile Maids did a fantastic job doing an initial deep clean of the apartment. After that, an every-other-week cleaning has kept the place looking great. The Mobile Maids are responsive, friendly, and excellent cleaners. I recommend them highly!

Christiana did a wonderful, wonderful job on our home. We have 2 dogs and use our fireplace very often, so she had a lot to do between pet hair and the smell of the fireplace. The house looked and smelled so great when I came home. Mobile Maids was also available for a relatively last-minute scheduling and were very flexible in coming at the time of day best for us. Christiana was also responsive - we spoke several times and she even let me know she got in OK while we weren't home and that the pups were fine. Would definitely use this service again. My mobile maid was wonderful and I found her on www.maidserviceva.com. She came to my condo that I was moving out of on May 23, 2016, Alexandria, VA. She was on time and I was quoted a price and it actually cost less than the quoted price. She came in with all of her own equipment and trash bags. She got right to work and started cleaning as soon as she got there. She was very nice and knew what needed to be done without me giving her instructions. I will get my full deposit back because it looked so clean.

Christina was extremely unprofessional on the phone when I called to get an estimate. I asked where they were located as they were trying to charge me for gas and travel and I felt that $40+ extra for less than 8 miles of "travel" was a bit excessive. She told me that I could get a different service or just clean it myself. Don't know how well they clean because I obviously didn't use their services. It's not hard to be pleasant on the phone.

I wanted to buy a gift for my sister who lives in VA and decided to get her house cleaned for her. Because of her busy work schedule she doesn't have time to do anything around the house and would appreciate it. I live in Jax, FL so I had to search online. I called everywhere and found mobile maids. They were the only ones who actually answered the phone. Christiana and her team arrived on time, worked quickly and hit a lot of overlooked spots such as baseboards, windowsills and air vents that cleaning services often ignore. She manages her business professionally and employs conscientious people who do a great job. They use all-natural cleaning products and floors are thoroughly washed with a white vinegar solution, which I appreciated. Having her and her team here was a very nice experience. I highly recommend Mobile Maids to anyone looking for a cleaning team.
