It’s odd to me that no one has reviewed this business here. I was sold a GREAT wood burning insert with TERRIBLE parts that ended up costing almost half as much as the insert itself. I was sold a chimney liner that I was told would fit…it did not…I wasn’t able to find that out until getting professional help with the install because of the pipe size. The necessary change in size meant that al of the additional parts I was sold were unnecessary. Unfortunately the part that brings me to leave a review is that fireplacePro has only a 12 day return policy (I contacted them within 40 days) AND

Fireplace took months to deliver. Nearly impossible to find local company to install as we did not purchase via local company. Finally found some one but Fireplace Pro had delivered wrong propane conversion part. That is now taking over a month to be delivered. And I am NOW told once the propane conversion is installed I will not be able to adjust the flame! Next time I will purchase local!

Ordered a Napoleon AX42 in April. Finally got the last of the order in June. No problem due to COVID but several of the logs were broken. Again, no problem as I emailed them pictures and within two days they replied that a new set of logs had been ordered. Since then, no replacement logs, no replies to my phone calls or emails. I ordered the logs from another vendor for $289.
A shame. This would have been a five star review had they simply followed up.

Unbelievable, wish I checked yelp before giving them my money. Ordered the unit and told all venting I paid for would be in the package. It was all wrapped up with plastic and taped at a construction site, but we were waiting on permitting approvals for framing inspection before breaking into the package. Finally did and none of the venting I was charged for was in the delivery. On discussion with Scott he said it was too late to report and it's my problem now. In my book that's A. Zero customer service, and B. thievery. I paid for something that was not delivered. The response was it
