Top to Bottom Renovations owner Mr. Johnson and his son Andre allowed me to have some piece of mind during the 2021 Christmas holiday when I needed emergency services from my dishwasher flooding and damaged my basement. The water extraction services revealed a worse problem of pre-existing mold. Their efforts were greatly appreciated during the tight time constraints to schedule work during the unexpected and impeding Jan 2022 weather. Had an unfortunate flood in my basement and immediately contacted Top to Bottom. Fred showed up in a very timely manner (on Sunday-Father's day at that) . Top to Bottom did an amazing job removing the water and ensuring that there would be no mold damage.

Top to Bottom did an excellent job removing mold, replacing drywall and painting ceiling in my garage that was damaged due to a roof leak. They not only fixed the spot in the ceiling, but they went above and beyond, and painted the entire garage making it look new again! They were very professional and always on time. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and thorough company.

I highly recommend Top To Bottom Renovation!! They showed up within a few hours after our washing machine leaked water on the second floor and went into the garage ceiling. They immediately started the drying process and finished replacing the drywall in the garage in less than a week!! Fast, efficient, professional and friendly!! Even my two year old son enjoyed seeing Andre every day he showed up!! Thanks again to them for all their help!!

Fredrick, the owner was very responsive and came out the same day to inspect the water damage. He explained the entire process. He started on the job the next morning. His workers cleaned and started drying my floors. After a few days of drying, he then repaired my drywall and replaced my flooring. He was very professional and answered every question throughout the process. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Top to bottom renovation provided me with amazing service. They were referred to me solely for the water clean up by my insurance company due to a leek in my kitchen. However, due to the extreme professionalism, care and concern from not only the owners but the entire team I also asked if they were able to complete to repair portion as well which thankfully they were. They did an outstanding job at making the process easy for me from start to finish.
