Marc and his team were great! I had a bathroom repair that I needed done quickly before moving into a new home. The work was well done, on-time, and as estimated. Marc was very knowledgeable and was available to answer any questions I had about pricing and changes to the work. I would not hesitate to use him on a small or large job.

It has been six months and they have still not completed a bathroom renovation. Four weeks were due to a vanity issue, but that was resolved and the continued delay rests squarely with the project manager, Marc Leon. So many things have been handled unprofessionally and disrespectfully. FSI was referred to me by an architect and she will be hearing about these complaints as well.
1. During demo, the crew scratched my stainless steel refrigerator door because they decided to haul their materials through the kitchen and into the garage instead of through the front door and outside to the garage

We hired FSI to add a master suite addition off the back of our house as well as add a half bath. FSI was professional from the initial contract scoping to the final touches months after the official contract ended. They never attempted to cut corners, and the craftsmanship of their team is evident in the fine details of the smallest projects.
FSI's price was in line with other local contracting firms. The estimates included the full cost of every individual project, and we didn't encounter any hidden fees/upgrades that we often encountered with other firms.

Professional, courteous, quality workmanship. They renovated a bathroom in our new house.
The crew was great, showed up on time every day and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. The only issue was a back ordered tile that we had to make another selection on. If it weren't for the tile issue they would have earned five stars.

Very disappointed. Disputes with subcontractor and new alarm company caused by contractor (it removed entire new alarm system and blamed alarm company), subcontractor kept sending us letters about purported debt owed to it, work wasn't timely, communication was not good, but most of all, we had a flood emanating from a sink FSI installed; FSI agreed to pay our insurance deductible (even though our expenses even after insurance coverage were much more than that), then didn't pay the deductible & disappeared.
