This was my first experience in a dealership I've always purchase cars from personal owners and paid them off I was not knowing what to expect I ended up meeting Steve at Crown Nissan who took time to find out everything that I wanted and the way I wanted it and found exactly what it was that I was looking for and wanted one of the lead managers of the establishment even came out and help to make arrangements so I would be able to make the purchase that I wanted on top of that you know how if you look at the top left-hand of your windshield you will see a little sticker that says when you should

Hands down the best car dealing business I've ever encountered. John Hartley knows his car business and makes it his business to make sure you know yours! He answered so many questions for us over the course of a few days and answered questions we didn't know we had! From start to finish this group was incredibly professional. We rode this morning with our little daughter in tow, they were super accommodating. Some of the associates were putting up a tree and they let our daughter help. Nikola was our sales consultant, felt like I’d known him for years. We talked about family and the car we were purchasing, it was all very natural. Then we met with David in the finance department. He was also very nice and super knowledgeable, he made sure we obtained the warranties needed for the car we were purchasing. Everyone at the store came off very friendly and professional
