We purchased a certified pre-owned Volvo from Crown several months ago. Michael Grace was our sales consultant. I flew from out of state for this particular XC60. I am glad I did. Vehicle was as advertised, out the door price was competitive and honest. Communication from the entire Crown team was superb. And even though I bought a non-Volvo used car, they didn’t treat me any differently. In fact, they made sure the car was in exceptional condition for me. Positive experience buying a vehicle online. I did serve up an easy sale, have done my research in advance but George Guirguis was very responsive and answered all my questions.
