Poor quality and no accountability
Update from one to two stars: After I posted this review, R&L reached out and offered to comeback at "no extra cost." The gentleman who came over to fix the window admitted that the top was not sealed, which was the reason why the water got in.

I am planning to put my house on the market in early 2021. The previous owner had replaced some of the original windows in this house, but not all of them. In order to increase "curb appeal" and make the house more efficient I decided to have R&L Windows replace the remaining original windows.

I call to get a estimate on a window that's cracked at my home I spoke to the receptionist there she told me to text her back with a picture of the window and measurements and she would get back to me with the estimate but never did so I sent another reminder and. still no reply. I highly recommend R&L windows. They do more than windows. They also do doors. They were referred to us by our real estate agent.
They are a small family owned business. Randy does the measurements and he is a very friendly guy.
There was some issue with a crew they had hired because they were busy and they had to reschedule several times, and get a truck that could fit on our road, but they cleared it up and came out.
They did a wonderful job replacing a sliding glass door and creating an interior door. The guys were skilled, friendly, and they cleaned up after the job well.

YOU WON'T FIND BETTER PRICES OR SERVICE!!! It's rare to find a company that offers both, but these guys are a stellar family-run business without any overhead or inflated prices. We're doing a master bathroom remodel, and the windows have been the smoothest part of the entire project by far. We have been extremely pleased with R&L Windows. We worked with them over the summer and fall to replace several older windows in our home and to put in entirely new windows in a few places in our home where we'd previously had boring old walls. We plan to bring them back next year so that we can finish replacing all the older windows in the home.

Excellent experience! This lovely family owned and operated business was just a pleasure to work with and the end result is beautiful! Tasha made a suggestion in my bathroom which saved me over $1,000. There was no upsell or used car lot pitch. They had plenty of choices to suit my needs and aesthetics. R&L replaced about 10 windows on our house last summer. The original visit to measure our windows was quick and professional without any pushy sales. The price was very good. And we've been happy with the new windows.
However, the installation process was not pleasant. The crew seemed to be rushed and overworked, and as a result the work was rushed and sloppy. They overestimated how much could be done on each day, and ultimately had to come back on a Saturday because they were already scheduled every other workday. In fact, the crew mentioned they'd been working every weekend

This company deserves the highest rating. They are easy to work with, both Tasha and Randy. They installed a series of windows in our home along with a brand new bay-window with a bench that looks amazing. I am impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. I got three quotes from different companies. Not only was R&L the lowest but they were also the company I wanted to give my business to! Tasha was so sweet and answered all my questions. I kept having emergencies come up that forced me to reschedule their install but they worked with me and stayed very patient. I am beyond grateful. The install seriously took 3.5 hours! The guys that came to do the work were professional and polite. They even found a scratch on one of the panes (I seriously could not even tell) and immediately called Randy. Randy took care of it in a shocking amount of time

R & L did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier, and frankly, the entire transaction couldn't have gone more smoothly. We contacted them via email after finding them on Angie's List. They were able to come out within a week to provide an estimate and shortly thereafter for critical measurements. The had the new windows custom-made within 3 weeks and installed all 7 of them within a day. The project turned out beautifully, and the entire work area was spotless when they finished up. I contacted Randy for installation of french doors in place of a sliding glass door. Randy came by and showed me all of the possibilities and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When the workers came in to install the door, they did a great job of removing the slider. The installation of the new door was okay, I was a little unhappy that there is a gap at the top of one of the french doors. Randy indicated that they would have to remove the whole door and re-install. My thoughts were that they installers were at the end of their day and wanted to be done instead of addressing my

Randy and John were so professional, quick and clean. I have never used them before they were a referral and I could not be happier. I had a custom door made and they installed in less than 30 minutes, delivered 2 weeks sooner than promised, cleaned up took old door and were extremely pleasurable to converse with. Randy came in and did a quote for my house. Prices for the windows and installation came out to a price I was happy with. His scheduling is pretty flexible and was able to knock out all the windows (6 Total) in one day.
His crew was friendly and courteous and have been with him 8 years, so you arent getting sub contractors hired just for the one job.
I would definitely use his company again when I do the other windows.
