Thank you so much for Glass by Lund helping me out in my predicament. My sliding glass door lock and handle broke. It was very difficult with letting my dog go outdoors through the front door instead of the back door (fenced and secure yard). I called and asked if Glass by Lund could come out the same day; though they could not they called and came out the following day and enabled the sliding door; with no house call charge. Fortunately my door is still under warranty and it will be fixed for no charge. It was the helpful and accommodation of Glass by Lund that made my life so much easier! Thank

Someone broke my downstairs window and I needed it replaced right away; or a safe solution until the window can be replaced.
I called Glass by Lund, explained my predicament and they said it would be about 4 weeks or longer to fit me in their busy schedule.
Called a different family owned glass shop in Everett, they came out that afternoon and provided me with a solution & quote (reasonable price) with a 4 day turn around to replace the window.
My advice, avoid even calling Glass by Lund; they're probably too busy for your business anyway. Other, local, shops will work much faster

I don't normally post reviews, bad or good but in this case felt compelled to. We bought a house in 2012 where the builder had used Glass by Lund to do the frameless shower door . We had issues with the glass door since we bought the house (when the house was still under warranty) and everytime we called Glass by Lund and they would come and adjust some things and it would be fixed TEMPORARILY before the problem would occur a few months later, the longest we didn't experience problem was a year. I had Lund replace two large wood windows and a sliding glass door with vinyl windows and a new French door. The team of three showed up on time removed the existing windows and door, replaced them with new ones and added all necessary trim and caulking. They cleaned up everything after the project. The workers were polite, professional, paid attention to detail and completed before I expected.

So far we have ordered 2 large windows, and both have been a special order. The first one came and it was the wrong size....we were able to make it work. The next one came today which we have waited 6 weeks for, and it was the wrong size. This window is the focal point of our kitchen, and it is about 2-3 feet off in size. This window is crucial to our project as it is holding up back splash, and siding. I am very disappointed and this is costing us SO MUCH more time and money. The latch on our Milgard slider sheared off recently leaving the door in the permanently locked position. Install was back in late 1990's. I called Glass by Lund and explained the situation. I was able to use a thin screw driver to dislodge the latch, take the handle apart and bring the broken latch in to research replacement options. Todd Lund greeted me and said he would take a look in the shop to see if he might have the part. Three minutes later, he returned to the front office with a new replacement part and handed it to me....no charge! You cannot find this level of service with

I'm not one to post negative reviews, but after weeks of beyond disappointing, unprofessional service, don't want anyone else to have to experience what we have. We chose Glass by Lund after speaking with several window companies. Our job was fairly standard, nothing special outside of a larger-sized picture window. Our double-paned, sealed bay window cracked top to bottom. A glass expert buddy said it's too big/complex for DIY and recommended Glass by Lund. I emailed photos/measurements. They emailed an estimate and sent a rep out for detailed measurements. I phoned a 50% credit card payment to start fabrication (1 month). Email set the install date/time. 3 Glass by Lund guys removed our old window; installed & sealed our new window (worked around full drapes and a couch). I phoned in the balance due. Glass by Lund people were friendly and made this easy. We love our new window.

I've had glass by Lund do several small projects for me, and they always turn out great. Once I was there getting glass cabinet door inserts made and the guy was like "if you want to wait 5 minutes I can do this right now for you" I waited and it was great. No second trip back to pick it up, just here you go, now. Today they stayed open late so I could pick up a mirror insert I had made. Great people, will definitely be back.

I am a fan of this company. I have worked for property managers and they needed screens in Lake stevens and Glass by lund was the place to go. I was able to pick up my screens and have a very happy customer. Then I was just given a new place that needed some screens but they said they were all out of people to go measure so it wouldn't be for a few weeks. They came out and measured the next day and said I would have my screens in a week or so. Love these guys!

We had every window in our house replaced by these guys (gradually - a few at a time as finances would allow), as well as our sliding doors. I usually have questions upon questions, and afterthoughts, and they were always good about getting back to me with the information I needed. Never had an issue with scheduling or no-shows, or leaving messes behind, and the new windows looked great!

I chose this place based on their website for their supposed "best reputation". I set up an appointment, called the day prior to verify check the time. Was assured they would be here before 11am accompanied with a phone call 15 mins prior to arrival. I waited 2.5 hours after I was told their arrival would be. I was told that there person that was suppose to have been here "got busy" and was not going to be able to make it. When asked why I was not given a courtesy call about this, they had no explanation and I was just brushed off as "you can re-schedule at another time
