Our experience with Signature Pool and Patio has been great. Bobby, the owner, has been involved since day one. He listened to our vision for our backyard AND our budget. He did not try to upsell us, like some of the other companies that came out to bid us did.
We, unfortunately, were on the receiving end of mother nature's wrath shortly after our pool was dug, but before gunite, which resulted in structural collapse...twice. Bobby's crew had to come back out to re-dig and reinforce more than once, and he didn't as us for any more money!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! This company will void your warranty and fine you for leaving a negative review, that's why they don't have any. I'm convinced they wrote their own reviews because the experiance my friends have had with them is exactly the opposite of the online reviews. The truth has to be told because what they have done to my friend is wrong on so many levels, these guys are cons. Putting their pool in has been a disaster!!! There aren't enough words to say how bad!!! This company will be your best friend until they get the last check, then you can't get them to come and fix the

Very disappointed in Signature Pools & Patio. We had Brandon come out for design and an estimate for an outdoor living area and pool. He was great the first day and said he would have a design out for us in a week. 2 weeks later, I reached out to him and we scheduled for him to come out but he cancelled after being over an hour late (after I text him to question where he was). And then again, no show for the rescheduled appt. We called him and he “meant to call to reschedule”. Moving on.

Signature Pools just remodel out Pool Brandon and Bobby were the lead to the Project. We were very carful to pick the right folks to do our pool after many bids we chose Signature. They did an excellent job and made good on all the times we agreed on . They stayed in contact and even with some weather they met the agreed time. I would recommend the teams they bring with them to do the work . Very good and did things in a very good method. Thanks for a job well done!!!!

This was a re plaster of a 35 year old pool. My stairs were also redone to my specific requirement since I was having trouble exiting my pool. Work was also done in a timely manner and looks great. Bobby came to the work site regularly to check on progress. We are still working on a couple of additional projects that came up during the remodel
