I had to call several times to even get someone to come give a quote. The guy who answers the phone took all my info TWICE and I still had to call again. We finally had someone come out and she was a very kind lady. Turns out she's the daughter of the owner and the family has had some personal things going on. So I thought okay that made sense with the several calls I had to make to get them out. We had some other offers and this company was right in the middle price wise. So I called to ask a few more questions about their process and if there was any chance they would bring the price down. Honestly

Highly recommend Plano concrete Repair. We extended the decking around our pool and added a stamped entrance to our front door. The workmanship was excellent and Ed was wonderful to work with. The cost of the total project was terrific. Definitely would hire them again and recommend them to everyone.

Ed was very prompt to return our call asking for an estimate and came out the next day. Showed us some beautiful pictures of what they can do and made us very reasonable offer. Told us they could get started the end of the following week. Well, that time came with no contact from Ed. My husband called and left messages with No return calls from anyone from Plano concrete repair. Guess our job was too insignificant for them and they don’t need our business.
